Item ordered was substituted with cheap item!!!

This company sucks and is a scam. Bought rachet straps that don’t have the correct ends on them and tried getting a refund. Argued back and forth for about a week. Only sending 30% refund, and we probably won’t even see that. We ordered these in November and they were suppose to be a Christmas present but we didn’t get them until the first of January. We should’ve read reviews, they are JUNK, JUNK, JUNK!! I can’t believe how many people are getting ripped off by them! So sad!!! I can’t believe they are getting by selling these in the US and the product comes from Asia apparently. They are a terrible company.

Ordered tge retractable rat he's straps 2 packages. Took over 3 week to get the product. They were not retractable, they were regular straps with no hooks. SCAM...BAIT AND SWITCH. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Huge SCAM on FB. Advertised an item from Nordstrom. It was not from Nordstrom! No customer service phone. You can only email. I’ll get my money back one way or another. They also partner with Alchemy denim where the payment goes.

Total SCAM. Their ad was an extensive touting of a Satellite Based Internet device delivering "world-wide satellite internet connectivity". They stated it was like a Star Link unit. What they sent was a hard-wire connected internet router requiring a 'net service provider connection. They blamed me for misunderstanding what they had for sale, and offered me partial refunds because sending the units back to China at my expense would be too expensive. IMO, if they want the items sent back to China, they should bear the cost since they didn't ship what they represented they had for sale. After multiple attempts to get them to issue a full refund, I have filed a claim with my CC provider and Pay Pal that processed the purchase. Worse still, their 5-star "customer reviews" are totally false. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR.

The replacement shoes they sent were another pair of size 10. After multiple emails correcting the size and them requesting pictures of label to verify they turned around and sent the exact same size 10. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Truck straps. Item was a Christmas gift it came 1/2/26. It was in a bubble wrap bag, no packaging no instruction. Just falling out of a rubber band. This came from China not Georgia. 15% refund suggested and told to keep product, “the shipping back to China would be to China would be too costly” for me. $7.54 credit on a $54.95 purchase.

The merchant is BombayCloth/Paypal, represented by Brightbuy. False advertising, refusal for a full refund. I blame Facebook for allowing those scammers to continue to post their scams and to rip off American customers even after so many of us reported the issue.

False Advertising, whatever they "said" you would get is not what you got. Total Scam! Would give zero stars but i had to do at least one. They also go by slickshopworld.com I really wish FB/Insta would monitor these companies. lesson learned, do not buy thru FB ad, sad because there are some legit companies advertising.

I wish they had negative stars! I so wish I had read all of your remarks. The very same happened to me in ordering the rachet appliance. I received what cost less than $5 in a hardware store. I accepted 15% back, which I read someone else was offered 35%. So never buying something I see on Facebook again!

Horrible ordered retractable rachet straps off line. Got here 2 months later and were bad. Then they sent me a reply email when I accused them of scamming me and they set an email back offering me 15% Of what I paid... and a Chinese video of how to use a rachet straps and said they sent me an upgraded model with no hooks and no buttons lol.

Same here. Ordered over a month ago just showed up 10 minutes ago. Thought I ordered the retractable rachet straps. Same as everyone else it is a very cheap version with no hooks. Seems most of the reviewers here at least got 1 set of 4. I literally got 1, for $94!! These POS's need to be arrested for fraud!!

The first thing BrightBuy tells you when you complain is that you will have to return the CRAPPY STRAPS that were just delivered to a warehouse in Vietnam at your own expense to get a refund...

Well, right after that condescendingly written e-mail arrived, an automated email arrived telling me that the CRAPPY STRAPS had arrived and that BrightBuy fully backs their products and giving me the mailing address of Customer Support. I just couldn't resist, so I returned the CRAPPY STRAPS to Customer Support:

I purchased a model motor that was supposed to run on gas when finally completed. I received a plastic chunk of badly painted garbage. The ad on the website showed a running motor. This could not be sold at a flea market. They offered me 15% refund and then 30%. NO!!! Completely misrepresented. The product I received was completely misrepresented. Im reporting to BBB and Federal Trade Commission and anyone else I can report to. All I want is my $104.00 back. I am also reporting any other website this product and company are on.

All of the reviews here are EXACTLY what I experienced. I received these ‘ratchet straps’ as a gift. They were supposed to be retractable but they are definitely not. What I received was half of a ratchet strap (x4) with no hooks included. Whomever is running BrightBuy is the cheapest of scam artists selling junk. I’d like to correct another reviewer - you couldn’t get this crap at Walmart because it’s too cheap for them to sell.

If I could give it a -5 star review I would. Everything looked great on the video and the website. Put my order in and then waited and waited and waited. Finally got my order and was a completely different product. Apparently the shipping department and tech department aren't on the same page. I was told the product I received was an upgraded model and they hadn't been able to update the pictures/description or video yet. Not sure how you go from great looking retractable rachet straps to a rachet and short straps. I could have spent less then $20 at a box store on the product I received from them compared to the almost $100 I spent here. Oh and they offered me a 15% refund to keep them or I could ship them back at a considerable cost to myself.

I'm always pretty good at doing my research on anything before I buy it online but this one slipped thru the cracks. Shame on me. Now my husband received a shitty gift that I was suppose to be super excited about giving him.

Buy Bright advertised a retractable rachet, which I purchased on November 30. This was to be a Christmas gift, but I didn't receive it until today (January 5). To my surprise, it isn't retractable at all! Instead, it is cheaper than the least expensive rachet in Wal Mart. I have asked for a full refund and have filed a complaint with both the Alabama and Georgia Better Business Bureaus.

Total scam waited 45 days for order was cheap straps not retractable as advertised could of bought theses at Walmart for 15 dollars. Never buy from this company. Should of known better Facebook ads are never good. Been burbed before won't be ordering off them either in the future
