There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

Poor shipping quality
I like the product, but probably will not gift it. I bought 2 of the night lights and was disappointed when I got them. They were cheaply wrapped for shipping and the cute boxes got crushed. Presentation in gifting is important. You should think more of your product than ship it as it was shipped to me.

Lovely light but looong delivery wait…
Loved the light and so did the recipient beautiful gift. The only downside it took at least 3 weeks to be delivered and this was prior to the current postal strikes
