Didn't get any text to login for over 2 hours and the support just kept me hanging

I tried looking at the documents that was shared with me by my doctor and I wouldn't receive their text for over 1 hour. I have tried multiple times, and even waited 5 then 10 then 15 minutes to retry but I have only received the text once and that was already outdated and didn't work.
I have reached out to the support on Whats app. Received a reply "OK will look into this for you" 15 minutes later but nothing more. 5 minutes later asked if they have any success? The support said that they are with a patient and left me hanging there for +45 min more. I retried accessing the file and this time it worked, so I have updated them, but still they didn't even say a simple OK 15 min later.
