they use scam practices
What I liked least about BrightHR is the way they operate—everything about the experience feels misleading. They lock you into a contract that they claim is for a fixed term, but then they automatically extend it without giving any clear notice. You may think you're signing up for a short-term service, but suddenly you're stuck paying for much longer than expected. Trying to cancel is nearly impossible, and their customer service is almost non-existent. They only reach out when they're trying to sell you something else. It honestly feels like a scam, and I would strongly warn others to stay away.
