Good tools, great introduction to the application, and i am sure as more innovation advances more features will be more useful. It is definitely not for every trade but the documents are extremely useful also the HR highering packages which soon we'll receive is a great thing too. Thanks for the experience.

I wish I read all the negative reviews before I signed up. I received assurance during the sales call that I could cancel if my circumstances changes, and I signed on for 3 years. 6 weeks in to the contract, I email them to cancel and am told that I am locked into a 3 year contract that is completely useless to me. I was deceived during the sales call and taken advantage of, presented with only the most expensive package for a 1 person business (!). Then when asking to cancel they deny it and instead offered me a cheaper and completely different subscription without reviewing it with me in any way. I was told that they cannot cancel a contract.
I was never presented with the full Terms and Conditions of the contract. They are only available if you look them up AFTER signing the contract which is a deceptive act and practice and misleading.
A contract for future performance must contain all restrictions and limitations and other terms and conditions that apply and the provider must not act unfairly towards the consumer subjecting them to undue pressure. I was threatened several times that they could charge me 100% of the 3 year contract of over $3000 if I did not take their lower offer on a service that I do not need. That is highly unethical and deceptive. Sure, you can cancel but pay us the entire amount upfront and if we are "nice" we will only charge you 80% or 25% or whatever random number they decide on that day. Who does that to small business owners ??
According to the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act in British Columbia, a business may not act unfairly towards a consumer and subject them to undue pressure to sign a contract, nor misrepresent terms and conditions on contracts.
I am waiting to hear back from them and ready to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection BC and take it all the way to the Civil Right Tribunal if needed.
