I buy the Juzo soft armsleeve usually and it offers very strong support for my medium level lymphgedema. Prices are right for these and with gentle washing and air drying, I can get 6 months and more of wear. Customer service is very professional and more of a traditional style. Tihey take an interest in providing good products and good service and having loyal customers. Would like to see some other colors in Juzo soft sleeves than pale pink, white and navy.

I'm very pleased with Brightlife's products and customer service. I ordered four pairs of support hose, but somehow, the order came out as two pairs. I was unable to cancel the order, so I placed another order for four (to take advantage of a sale) and was able to return the initial order of two. Terrific company!

Their items are expensive but the quality is good. They give me free shipping code but the next day i cant use it anymoreband wish i still able to use them but won't allow me. Also, wish they are in network with the insurance too.

I was recently diagnosed with secondary lymphedema due to cancer treatments and needed to buy compression stockings. Brightlife's customer service staff were very helpful, their web site is easy to use, and they shipped within 24 hours of receiving my order. I will purchase all my compression garments from Brightlife.

Needed to exchange but past time limit because of delayed Dr appointment. They agreed to do exchange. Sent return label and got exchanged items very quickly. Awesome customer service!!!!

I purchased nearly $500 worth of compression stockings. I had a medical prescription. Everything I received didn’t fit like it claimed for its mmhg and the sizing couldn’t have been accurate. I was very disappointed I reached out and they told me to buy new ones. New ones after I spent $500 on useless pairs?! No thanks.

I have used Brightlife Direct for years to order compression stockings. If I ever need other items I know where to go. Site is easy to navigate, items always come quickly. I have never needed help from customer service, which is a great sign. Will use again.

In their website, it's written that juzo arm sleeve has 10% discount. But, they're deceptive because the price is still the same as before when no discount was offered. I know because i was monitoring the price of the item that i want.

The anklet compression garment is a great option to help apply more compression to the foot and ankle along with the sock that comes with the circaid calf juxta garment.
