The sizes always fit true, quality of socks they sell are always great. Their customer service is awesome.

I was able to do everything needed for my recent order from my phone. Got all the discounts. I love Brightlife and the products that I have been ordering for about 20 years. Always the best price I can find to meet my needs.

I have placed 3 orders within a 30 day period at BrightLife Direct. They are the only company I found that carries a full line of Allegro compression hosiery. Allegro has the balloon toe on some of their compression hosiery for people like myself with trouble from the compression hurting their toes. They also carry many other brands like the higher end brand Sigvaris along with many in between. When I had trouble with sizing on some of the products I was buying, the return process was absolutely painless. And the customer support rep named Alexa was outstanding. They back up their products and don't try to shake you off when there is any problem! Prices are reasonable and the sales are great. I highly recommend BrightLife Direct and believe they should be an award winning company for their sales and service!

Ultimately, with the benefit of rewards, I get the best price on my Sigvaris Dynaven compression stockings at Brightlife Direct. I will admit that I have shopped around....who doesn't these days?? I have tried other stockings by different manufacturers but nothing comes close to the Sigvaris Dynaven when it comes to the ease of putting them on, especially with the silk socks that they supply to help them slide over your foot!

I am always informed on sales and they take you right to it, ordering is very easy on this site and I find there prices are competitive or cheaper than other locations. You also get rewards that you can use on future purchases and if something is wrong you can always return, I am tall and I purchased a stocking that just wasn't long enough and they had no problem letting me return them.

Service was very good. There were mistakes that had to be corrected but are now done.

All this product needed was something to correct the top of the knee highs from rolling down and they put on a silicone band which took care of that problem.

This is the second time I’ve bought Juzo compression hoes and I wouldn't do it any other way. I call to order because it’s easiest as they have all my information including what I bought last so it's also convenient. The people who answer the phones are always friendly and helpful. And of course you can’t beat the prices. I was tired of paying more with less service through clinics. I ended up calling the Juzo company headquarters who referred me to Brightlife Direct. I am grateful to Juzo who changed my outlook on compression garments which will be a part of my life as I age.

Great selection. Great service. When you have a question, they are VERY responsive and solve any issues you might have. Once I caused my own problem by not reading something all the way through, and they decided in my favor anyway. Prices are commensurate with other places that sell the products I look at but they do a really good job letting customers know about sales and earned rewards you can use. And they help you with rewards to make sure you can use them. Their customer service really stands out to me.

Love my Allegro light compression stockings from Brightlife Direct! Their website is easy to navigate and shipping is timely. As a flight attendant, I’m on my feet all day for long hours, sometimes with several legs and multiple takeoffs and landings. I bought compression socks for my mother and my father. I am happy about how they feel with the socks. Also, by mistake I ordered the wrong size for my mother and I realized only after I paid. I had to order a new size and to return the wrong size socks. The return process was very easy and that really made a difference as the returned order was more than $100. My father had cotton compression socks 20-30 mmHg, and my mom sheer support socks 20-30 mmHg. Both of them were very happy with their choice. Thank you.
