They robbed me, I ordered nail serum they sent me ear drops solution. They are a scam do not purchase anything from them

Brightmeteors is a terrible company - a scam!!! Not only does the product not at all hold what is promised (bought a vaccum cleaner which should blow as well) but besides it's not a strong vaccum cleaner at all, it does not at all blow a bit. I proved this scrap product with video they asked for but they refuse to send me a pre-paid return lable (product should go back to China!) and if I'm keeping the product they are willing to repay 2 USD on a product which cost 35 USD! So NEVER AGAIN!! Be careful it's all a lie!

Check internet, they are classified SCAM! The product in the ad is not the one you will get. The one shown in the ad is a sophisticated detailed model, what you get is a cheap small children version with none of the promised features.

Indeed a SCAM Web site.First I was charged a higher price from the checkout price I drew this to their attention and was told it was an error and will be refunded within 3 days that was Christmas eve and up to today no refund, the two jumpers I ordered were XL,the ones I received where two different sizes, one fits a 12 year old and the other one will fit a 7 year old, the inner fabric on the web site photos attracted me,thick looking fur, turned out to be cheap looking fleece nothing like the advertised fur on the Web site.The inner lining has thread hanging all over the place, the outer material seems it will be ruined with one wash.Do not touch this Web site.

Bought a hard drive reader. Does not have proper software. My PC does not "see" the old HDD when hooked up according to there instructions. Attempted a return. They placed numerous road blocks to facilitate return. Return did not happen.

Scam! Ordered shower steamers for a Christmas gift in early December. I never received the product, they took the money out. The link on the order confirmation page was a dead link, did not work. Tried emailing but it kept bouncing back to me as an error. Buyer beware.

Do NOT use this web page! its a scam! they sent me a totaly different product than the one on the images, and the product was of such a bad quality that it was 100% useless for it purpose. It was a wood kindling thing, but it was built in so thin material that i could bend it with my hands. They offered to give me 5 dollar as a compensation for a $35 purchase that was nothing but landfill/trash. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Scam company. They took my money and didn't supply product. Customer service is a farce and refers you to the seller who keeps telling you lies.

Do not trust.
Ordered and received 'heated socks', but only the socks arrived ie no batteries or charger therefore just 'socks'.
After sales unsatisfactory, as constantly sent to an FAQ page.
Responses were eventually found, but not forthcoming with a resolution.
Please do not buy from these people.

I ordered a flashlight including rechargeable batteries. The flashlight arrived in good condition but with no batteries in the package. The website refers you to the seller and the seller will not take responsibility for this mistake.
I tried contacting brightmeteors directly but the only reply I recieve from them is referring me back to seller.
Stay away there in no customer service.

Terrible service, will not respond, cannot get any info on order but was quick enough to take my money 😡 lesson learned

I ordered 2 men’s shirts in XL, I always wear XL, they were too tight, contacted them and they refuse to exchange. This company is a scam, I am a huge online buyer and never encountered this. Every opportunity I will have , I will write a negative review. They are terrible. I suspect they run under many names.

If I could give NO stars, I would! It's a scam website. Item did not arrive, no refund issued, being ignored.

Horrible communication, false advertising, basically impossible to return product that looks nothing like the advertisement. Will NEVER shop with them again. Endless emails to get a refund... Total was 35$… they charged 42$. No explanation. After canceling my order, they refund the overcharged sum, but ignore the cancellation and send me the product. Argh...
Do not shop here!
