The therapists are fine but the…

The therapists are fine but the cancellation policy is too stringent compared to other
Plans and the app completely stinks. The website never worked either and no matter what I was trying to do, it kept me in a signup loop. You can’t get help quickly as therapists are not required to answer for 3 days.

The tools and councilors available are…

The tools and councilors available are outstanding. But the site is a little glitchy. Some time I can't do the checking and homework assigned due to it constantly directing you to sign in but it redirects you to the home screen. After two days I was able to check in. And at my last appointment time I had to sign in and out 3 times before it let me join my session. So great people and good quality therapy. But the app need much work.

Spent $95 to have the doctor tell me…

Spent $95 to have the doctor tell me they don't prescribe medication. I've recently moved to Arizona and need to find a doctor to refill the prescriptions I've been on for 15 years. They should clearly state they don't prescribe meds so people don't waste their time and money!

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company, the psychiatrist that prescribe my medication the customer service the follow-through is horrible. I’m ready to jump ship and find another company. I received a prescription six weeks ago and because of the doctors inability to follow through with calls and messages and the companies lack of office support. I would not recommend this company.

Do not use this service, they use fraudulent billing approaches and will charge you during disputes when they ignore insurance.

Help when I needed it most.

I was dealing with a very ill spouse and was getting severely anxious and depressed. Through Brightside Health, I was put into contact with a psychiatrist who assisted me in dealing with my stresses and maintain some normalcy back in my life. Dr. Goldstein was very understanding, very thorough in her assessment and I check in with Brightside several times a week on my progress. It is very reassuring.

I enjoyed the 2 or 3 sessions that I had, but then I got the first invoice. Way too expensive for me to continue any further. I still have a couple more invoices that they are likely to send this month or next, which is really going to be a kick in the teeth.
