Honestly can’t fault them. Booked for an end of tenancy clean and they did an amazing job. The place looked spotless — even cleaner than when I first moved in. Super friendly and got everything done without any hassle. Got my full deposit back too. Would 100% use again.

I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and my house had got the better of me. I had an accident last year which resulted in me being bed bound for months.

After contacting many companies who said they couldnt help, I found this company.

From the first call they made me feel at ease.
3 cleaners came and completed my house within 2 days and I couldnt be more thankful. They even arranged the rubbish removal for me as I didnt know where to start.

Would highly recommend and will hopefully use them again in the future for a deep clean

I booked Bright Sparks to do a deep clean of my flat, as it was getting quite out of hand.

Their confirmation email said "full deep clean of above areas, to include all surfaces, woodwork, windows and window frames, cobwebs, surfaces, mopping and hoovering throughout".

In reality, the cleaners left many cobwebs and surfaces untouched. They didn't mop the kitchen floor; and they didn't even clean the kitchen sink!

After the cleaners left, later that day, I noticed these issues. I contacted the company to ask why these things had not been done, and provided about a dozen photos demonstrating the problems. They then offered me a "goodwill refund" of £100 (which was less than 10% of what we paid them). We agreed, and waited for the promised refund.

It has now been FIFTY FIVE DAYS since the "goodwill refund" was offered, and it still has not materialised. They ignore our emails and our phone calls. We're just being completely stonewalled at this point.

Excellent service from start to finish, instant email/text responses and updates from Natalie during the process. At such a stressful time couldn't believe it was so easy to find someone so efficient and helpful at such short notice after a house clearance. The team that came worked so hard and were so polite and nothing was to much trouble leaving the house looking spotless. Even at the next stage the valuer commented what an amazing job had been done having seen the property beforehand. Would not hesitation using them again.

Contacted Brightspark Solutions Cleaning for an urgent cleaning that we needed at the company I work for and the following day we had 2 people on site who managed to do an amazing job in a couple of hours.
Very, very nice and professional and did an excellent job.

Needed a deep clean before some guests arrived, tried 4 companies that couldn’t fit me in at such short notice but then I tried this company.

From the initial call to receiving the quote, it was done fast and efficiently.
when the team arrived I showed them around and didn’t get bothered until the clean was done.
I checked around before they left and I couldn’t be happier.
Will definitely use again in the near future

Short Review: Reliable, trustworthy, confidential, compassionate, cost effective, wonderful cleaning company, I would highly recommend.

Long Review: I needed a reliable inexpensive cleaning company for an extreme clean, due to a bereavement. From the moment I contacted them, until the day they finished, they were impeccable in every way, I cannot 'gush' about this company enough. I had clear compassionate, communication throughout the whole process and the company went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, as well as protecting me from the horrendous clean they had to undertake (due to the circumstances). I genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough, they have put my faith back in human kind as well as relieve the pressure I had. If I ever in need of a clean again, I will be contacting them and also recommending them to my friends and family... thank you from the bottom of my heart

Never had a cleaner before so I didn’t know what to expect, but the cleaner who turned up today did a great job
She turned up on time, and didn’t stop until it was done.

Just want to say thank you to the 2 staff who have just been to clean my property.
As I work full time and with children I just don’t have the time to keep on top of the housework.
They came in and worked for 3 hours solid and made a huge difference.
I have now booked them for a regular service

My landlord decided at short notice he wanted to come and view my house.
Im not going to lie after some time I have let everything build up and it became a huge job for me to tackle myself.

I frantically rang around 4 company’s that couldn’t fit me in such short notice, then I found Brightspark!!
The quote given was very reasonable, the office staff gave me a full breakdown of exactly what the clean will entail and the cleaners were fabulous!!

The 2 staff (sorry I’m useless with names) - made sure by the end of the cleaning time my house was spotless! And now I am ready for my landlord to come and inspect my house.

Couldn’t recommended this company more - at the time it was the cheapest quote I could find for an end of tenancy clean. With some requests, they included other parts of the house within the original quote. The lovely lady arrived on time and didn’t leave until the house was looking completely brand new. Afterwards, I made a mistake with the payment and accidentally paid twice - the customer service I received was unmatched, with a very friendly employee helping me to receive a full refund and making sure I got back my money. Very very impressed with this company, and would definitely recommend.

The 2 cleaners that have just turned up to do the End of tenancy clean I booked, I can’t thank enough.
We had requested a carpet clean to go with it and the carpets have come up, like new! Better than when I first moved in.

They weren’t the cheapest company I found hence the 4 stars but if you want quality you have to pay that extra bit !!

Booked in for a clean as my house has just got too on top with rubbish and I was getting a tad embarrassed to have family/friends over.
From the get go, the office staff were so helpful - explaining how everything works etc so I wasn’t worrying on the day.

The day the 2 staff turned up they were amazing, they just cracked on with everything - confirmed with me before throwing anything away and before they left even gave me tips on how to keep on top of it!

Appreciate this company so much, will definitely be using them again for a regular service.

Not normally one to write reviews but this really did warrant it living very far from parents and not being able to visit as much
We went over 1 day as a surprise and to our shock it's was very bad more a hoarder house after looking up on a few companies that could fit us in more or less asap as we were here for couple of days and wanted to get atleast as much done as possible as we didn't think it would be complete
I rang few companies and to no avail Brightspark solutions cleaning services took on the job well what a transformation in the 2 days with 2 lovely caring staff members personally pretty unbelievable

They left notes round the house with leaving their personal number with my mum if any help advice was required
what a job yes I must add it wasn't cheap but I was getting quotes much higher with a long waiting time
