Today 4th January I safely received the on 12.12.2015 ordered bio-laser. I was trying to get it until Xmas, however glad to receive it at all. Cos' this was the first time I ordered goods from US to EU. I just wondered why the shipment made the Round the Globe journey, if the flight US - EU lasts about 9 hours ? The longest period of waiting was in Thaiwan, so the shipment made Pacific journey instead of Atlantic journey. Nevertheless glad to have the healing gadget with wich I made first and successful treatment of my precios wife's knee today !!! Yupi-ya-hey Jaro

All your instructions and regulations are correct. I have looked through dozens of the beauty items and finally found just what I was looking for. I knew someone made it and I found you. You see, I wear a pacemaker and I'm 67 years old. I was wanting something that was healthy for me, something that was easy for me and did the job. These two do the job!
I'm working on my jawls on my face and my broken veins. Just after 3 sessions on my veins I see a large difference. My face is looking rested & wrinkles are blending. I have psoriasis and it's clearing it up. These items are a miracle and a God send to me. I have many issues with my autoimmune diseases and I have found something that hopefully will keep them at bay. I would like to thank Brightherapy for whoever invented these absolutely wonderful items, they are a blessing to me and I'm sure others, too. God Bless You!

I had no trouble with the purchase of the laser; however I had some technical questions about the laser which never received a response or acknowledgment.

I received the SL-50 Evolution products in a timely manner and in good working condition. The massage function is extremely relaxing and the laser itself easy to use as well as the very simply outlined instruction manual. I have bought several other products from Brightherapy that are also very effective and the customer service is exceptional. The only critical feedback I have would be in regards to the eye goggles, having an adjustable bridge between the two eye pieces would be useful to ensure that they suit the individual as each person has a different width between their eyes and the goggles are a little too small on mine but still usuable. Otherwise, great products and happy with their quality.

The item that came is wonderful. I like it very much and it came quickly. I e-mailed day before yesterday about the missing item and have heard nothing. Fortunately I have a customer service number and will follow up that way. It's just a point of aggravation in my already busy schedule. I expect they will make it right eventually, if I can get hold of them. If you use them and there is something wrong, just remember they they don't answer e-mail.
