5 days later I write again to express my deep regret - you did not react to my simple question (I posed this question many times!): HOW TO REACH THE ELECTRONIC BOOK, which is included in the invoice. I have the sense that I was talking with an AI or something similar. If you do not answer to my question I should cancel my previous positive review and will accept that you are incorrect provider.
