Sam initially spent time over the phone explaining things to my elderly parents with such patience and detail and has been very approachable and quick to respond when we had queries and questions. Gareth has also provided us with an excellent service and again has been quick to respond to emails and telephone queries and has made the process smooth. Thank you both for the fantastic service we have received to date

Sam and Gareth were very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They were good at getting back to emails straight away, the whole process did take longer than I expected, around 5 months from first phone call to actually getting the money, when we were told the average is 3 months but it was complicated by us living abroad. They were the only company we could find who would do a remortgage on a buy to let property in England for people living in France so if that's what you need I would recommend them.

David and Robyn helped me to remortgage to an expat buy to let mortgage. They secured me a great fixed rate deal during a time when rates were very turbulent all whilst navigating a time difference with absolute professionalism. They were patient and a pleasure to deal with - helping me to figure out what I wanted out of the deal and communicating the implications of each option clearly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking to remortgage!
