Buyer beware

I think the shipment was lost per usps and I got no help from them. Disputed charges of my credit card. No product no money!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE TO GET MY PRODUCT

I was honestly surprised I received a working product.
I ordered from this company in late April and never received my product until 6/16/2020.

I was never granted a tracking number after the mouse had shipped. When I asked why that had happened, I was sent a tracking number that did not even work. No comment, no apology, nothing. I held out, hoping the tracking number would work after a few days and almost a month later, nothing. I started to look into the company and looked them up on TrustPilot (which I should have done first) only to find out that they had scammed many innocent parties.

After seeing the amount of scams and poor reviews on TrustPilot, I proceeded to file a dispute with my credit card company, which then went to Paypal. When the company was contacted by Paypal, they provided a NEW and working tracking number saying that it had just arrived in California. I was still unconvinced that I would get my product (or the actual product itself (there are many complaints saying they received rip offs)), I waited to see what I was going to get before leaving a review. While I waited, I looked up the company's name through Paypal to find several more poor reviews, even users who had spent significantly more than I had never receiving their product. I was sure I wouldn't get my product.

I was baffled to receive an actual, working product on 6/16/2020. Nothing was provided aside from the mouse, no instructions, nothing. No statement, no apology. Nothing.

I do not recommend EVER buying from this company even though I received my product because many others have not and it has been a stressful experience overall. I'm not sure I would have GOTTEN the product if I hadn't have filed a dispute.

**ALSO they spam you with constant ads on a regular basis to the email you used to purchase.

TERRIBLE FAKE?

TERRIBLE FAKE?
Ordered items from this website. Never received and cannot contact to get money back. Then when you check the tracking number, of course the system cannot find it. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time ordering something from FB and not receiving it..

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. I ordered an item several months ago and when I didn't receive it, kept emailing them requesting updates. They would email back that they were checking on it and to try back if I hadn't received the item in a few days. I tried to cancel, but was told the item had already been shipped.I would check the tracking number and it would show waiting to ship. Every time I contacted them, I was told, again, the item was on the way. This went on for several months. After my last email, I was told they were going to reorder the item. The item finally showed up yesterday, and is not what I ordered.

STOP!! DO NOT ORDER

STOP!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered hair extensions for $25, during my decision process my item was left in the cart and "Jenny" would send me an email everyday to make sure I checked out and if I needed any help. I ordered it on 5/18 and now, no one is responding to my questions. The USPS tracker that they provided says the product hasn't even been checked in. I googled their address on Randolph St in Boston MA and it looks like a small dinky place. I'm planning to call the State of Mass and file a complaint of fraud.

I had to do at least 1 star to…

I had to do at least 1 star to continue.
It's not really a review as such, but more
of a complaint just like the ones that I have
been reading.

The ad sounds good -
so you order the goods ..... being an applicator tool and the bling
Takes ages for them to arrive, and yes they are sooooooo tiny I can't see me doing anything with them especially with my athritis hands.
BUT
No diamond tool.
Utterly useless.
No customer service
Brilliare is just a site to sell rubbish but not deal with anyone and their concerns.
After several emails trying to contact them I finally got a reply
stating give them more time to receive the goods ......
and then contact them if I need to.
Yeah, but no further contact.

not As advertised

I had same experience as everyone else. Waited over 2.5 months to receive my gem applicator tool and gems. Received boxes of tiny cheap plastic gems no applicator. Have sent complaint but seems I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Disgusting.

BRiLLIARE IS A TERRIBLE SCAM

My husband recently was released from the hospital. He had pneumonia & Covid 19. I ordered a finger pulse from Brilliare to monitor my husbands oxygen levels as a precaution. That was in April 3. After texts that says my order was being processed with apparently a fake tracking number. I attempted to text Brilliare with no response. My bank said it would cost $19 to dispute this charge. I was also told since I authorized the charge. I would probably never be refunded. I have had to live & learn. DO NOT ORDER FROM BRILLIARE!!!!

NO STARS

NO STARS! Please do not order from this company. They will rip you off. I still have not received my order that I ordered 2 months ago and they are refusing to refund me. I have complained and complained over and over and nothing. They will rip you off. They need to be reported.
