We had our garage camera stop recording, after 4 calls following their commands over the phone including climbing a ladder at the age of 59, they finally said $250.00 for a technician to come out. I dropped Brinks, went with Vivint, nothing out of pocket and all brand new upgraded equipment! And, they bought out the remaining contract from Brinks! If anything should go wrong, they’re coming out and don’t want me climbing ladders 💙

I called Brinks and was connected to Chelsea in the CRSE Department. She was outstanding! She was friendly, informative and had an easy-going manner about her. She answered all my questions. When I called, my intention was to cancel my monitoring service with Brinks because of my antiquated, failing security system. Because of Chelsea's non-pressure nor pushy approach, I listened to the options she presented and decided to upgrade. It was only because I did NOT feel pressured that I did not cancel and decided to remain a customer. Well done Chelsea!
