I do not recommend

My bill has more than doubled in the past five years. I’ve tried to cancel several times, but only get the runaround. Now, after finally getting the chance to cancel again, the agent tells me that the contract is still open for another 30 days until the paperwork is filed. I do not recommend this company.

Your automated system needs to be better more patient more clear and to be able to give confirmation noise more clear instead of having to go back to customer service and wait a long time. Be better.
