Got a delivery of some wheels for a customer, and the delivery man apparently hit my gutters on my building, which caused the gutter to get crushed. That was on oktober the 22nd 2025, and I’ve reached out to Brink 3-4 times about the damage, and they keep promising the delivery man will contact me, but I haven’t hear anything yet but empty promises.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was promised next-day delivery, and not only did it not arrive on time, but Brink Transport kept pushing the time back throughout the day, only to not deliver at all.

I stayed home the entire day specifically to receive this delivery because I needed it today. That’s why I chose next-day delivery in the first place. The lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable.

This was not the service I paid for, and it completely failed to meet expectations. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because customers rely on accurate delivery for a reason.

Below is a series of events relating to their delivery service:
- the delivery company failed to deliver and scheduled a new delivery
- they didn't call us before the new delivery (as they told us) and made us wait at the flat
- they were never going to deliver because they had damaged our refrigerator & we had to call them to find out
- then the next day they promised to call back & never did
- so we ended up having to move with our perishable food to our new flat with no refrigerator
- we finally rescheduled the delivery with the damaged refrigerator and they called us earlier than scheduled
- in the end they showed up more than an hour later (mind you we weren't living at the address and didn't have internet setup which makes doing work impossible)
- despite the problems from the original delivery which then resulted in them damaging the refrigerator, they refuse to help my petite wife and roll the refrigerator into an elevator & to our front door (total additional travel about 5 meters to the elevator and the same distance to our front door)
- finally they blame us for the damage to the refrigerator because the first delivery attempt was failed

This company leaves your goods on the street. They supposed to leave my purchase on the 4th floor outside my door in the apt building I live. I guess they could not find a way to get in the building so they just decided to leave my purchase outside. My purchase got lost due to this poor service. Never choose this company to deliver any purchase U make on the internet.
