Was advertised on www, confirmed in writing on invoice; plus verbally confirmed by salesperson that product came with a 5 year warranty. But found out later that it only has a 2 year warranty. (This was a brand new item with full standard warranty). Brisbane Whitegoods confirmed it was their error, but basically said too bad, so sad, then tried to blame the manufacturer TECO for not providing a 5 year warranty.

Our story happened some time ago but please take warning with this company - a registered electrician confirmed for us that our oven (only a few months old at the time) had most likely fallen off the back of a truck and been panel beaten back into place. One of our oven fans had never worked - could have caused a fire in our home! (date is approximate… this happened 6 years ago. I hope things have improved since then)

The service from Brisbane Whitegoods has been fantastic. Staff on the phone or in person have been very respectful, professional, problem solving, polite, helpful. I am not sure there are enough suitable adjectives for them. I am a very happy customer. They helped me overcome some minor problems very easily, negotiated with a 3rd party and handed over information to staff on weekends - whole experience was great. On top of that great products and great prices
