Really poor service. The cleaner was here for barely an hour and it showed. Streaks all over the windows, dust and grime left on surfaces, dirty floors and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned at all.

I paid for a professional clean and it was a scam. Not worth the money.

Great work and service. Company was efficient and friendly. Offered a great deal and was extra helpful on short notice. Rizwan was cleaner and very friendly and efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend.

EVERYBODY - first of all, a LOT of the positive reviews are botted. DO NOT trust.

Absolutely terrible experience. The cleaners arrived late, rushed through the property, and left before I had a chance to properly inspect anything. Despite booking a full bond clean, several areas were either completely untouched or clearly only given a very quick wipe.

The bathroom still had mould and soap residue, the kitchen stovetop was greasy, there was dust underneath the furniture, and the floors were left with visible marks. I also noticed rubbish that had been left behind in multiple rooms.

When I contacted them, they were extremely difficult to deal with and kept insisting that the job had been completed properly. Instead of taking the feedback seriously, I had to argue over basic things that should have been obvious during a bond clean.

I ended up having to spend most of the following day cleaning the property myself before the final inspection. Completely defeats the purpose of paying someone to do it in the first place. An extremely poor service and a waste of money.

I recommend Rizwan about the clean !

Rizwan was our bond cleaner for an end of lease clean. He has done an exceptional job cleaning the house. Reassured us that if the real estate was not happy with the clean, they would come back free of charge. It was a pleasure dealing with him and would definately use this company away in the future.

These guys are actually so bad. Not only do they not even know what a bond clean is, they don't even honour the cleaning processes they've laid out on their own website.

A horrible, and i mean HORRIBLE first clean, followed by a horrible re-clean where I literally had to make them do things 5 times over, and then even after this show them myself using a simple cleaning wipe to show that there was still dirt and grime that came of so easily. I was met with attitude and they don't even use their real names btw.

I've used multiple bond cleaning agencies across Brisbane and Sydney. I'm a resident doctor and I've worked at multiple hospitals so I move around often. This might be the most unhygienic and pathetic clean I've ever seen. Not even worth $50. Do not use under any circumstances.

The main guy says his name is Andrew but his real name sounds something like Rothu. The cleaners use fake names too.

2 Stars so that there's a higher distribution near the bottom of the reviews.

Seems my original 1 star review got deleted. Which is convenient that they have the time to delete reviews but cannot answer a phone call, text or email.

$500 was paid for an entry clean that I had to redo myself. The cleaner was late, and did a below average job. She also tried to charge us $30 extra per window and sliding door clean when we have in writing that this service was included.

To make matters worse, the cleaner soaked our range hood vents in the laundry sink and destroyed them. The chemical used corroded the vents and the sink, beyond repair and I have been trying to contact this company with no response which is absolutely disgraceful.

Avoid them at all costs.

I will be taking this matter further.

I had an end of lease bond clean with this company and they did a horrible job. Even with an injury I could have done better. Mirrors and walls weren’t even touched, crumbs of food were left in the kitchen sink and kitchen cupboards were still greasy and dusty as if they hadn’t been touched. My air conditioner did not work after their clean (I ensured it was working prior) and after a week of trying to get in contact with them they said it had nothing to do with them. They were so expensive for what they do and so over priced considering it was a 2 bed 1 bath apartment.

If I could give no stars I would. Honestly the worst company for bond cleans I have ever had to deal with and I would highly recommend steering clear.

I had them do a bond clean in the house we bought, I do not know what they did other than steam the carpets.

Stay away from this company, they are not qualified or understand what bond cleans mean.

To add to this review in response to their response to my review. I did receive a call from the Manager from Brisbane bond cleans. Never to organise a reclean but to refund me 10% of the money I paid for the insufficient bond clean if I take my review down, inclusive of the $60 security payment for the second clean which they never turned up for.

What I left out of this review is that I also had these guys scheduled to clean the house we moved out from for a proper bond clean. When I messaged them the day before to let them know the house we moved in to that they cleaned we’re not up to a bond clean standard at all and the second bond clean would need be much more thorough so we don’t need recalls.

Well they didn’t even turn up for an 9am booking and when I phoned Andrew to check where the cleaners were he said he will check where they are and call me back. I waited for two hours and had to leave to get to work and no one called me back until mid day to say they can get there later.

When I requested a refund for the $60 down payment, I initially were told I would get that back and I am still waiting but seems I will only get it back if I take this review down.

Hands down to worst experience ever and the refund they offered for the first insufficient clean was not worth my time and I can part with the money but I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience.

I can’t seem to upload the back and forth messages to evidence how unprofessional they are.

Absolute rubbish.
Did such a poor job that the real estate gave me a laundry list of things that needed doing again. They came back to clean it again and the real estate was still dissatisfied.
But the cleaners refused to come back and rectify those things because they said they fulfilled their obligations by coming back the second time, even though the place still wasn’t clean.
They also slugged me an extra $225 when they arrived, that wasn’t quoted for.
Avoid them.

Edit: I also have documentation from the real estate showing the poor condition of the place after your second visit. Yes I thanked you for your work. You did return quite promptly to undertake the second round of cleaning and I appreciated that. However, that was prior to me receiving the report of this work being unsatisfactory from the real estate.
I also have documentation of you telling me that your responsibilities ended with the second visit, despite the work being unsatisfactory and me losing part of the bond.
Rather than making personal attacks (which is a clear indicator of your character) perhaps you should be more concerned with the quality of your work and the satisfaction or lack thereof, of your customers.

Great communication throughout the booking and cleaning process. Even when there was a little bit of confusion, it was sorted in a timely manner

I am extremely disappointed and angry after using Brisbane Bond Clean for our end-of-lease cleaning.
We booked a full service for our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse (approx. 140m²) and paid a total of $995 AUD. The breakdown was:

3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom Bond Cleaning — $645
Carpet Steam Cleaning — $70
Glass Sliding Door Cleaning — $80
Wall Washing — $60
Deep Cleaning — $50

The cleaning was scheduled for 4 June. When I returned to check on the same day, nothing had been done — the house was left completely untouched.
On 5 June, when I asked for an update, they claimed the house was “too dirty” and they needed more time. I pointed out that they had done absolutely nothing the day before, and they became evasive. They promised to finish the job on 5 June. However, that evening they simply left the keys under the door without any call or notification. The house lights were left on all night until we returned on the morning of 6 June.
To our shock, the cleaning was extremely poor:

Windows and glass sliding doors were not properly cleaned
Bathtub was not washed
Toilet glass screens only had a quick wipe with limescale still visible
Taps and faucets were not cleaned
Shelves and cabinets were still dusty
Carpets were not steam cleaned
Living room floor was not mopped at all

When our property manager emailed them requesting they return to complete the job, they refused and never came back.
We paid nearly $1,000 for a professional bond cleaning service but received almost nothing in return. Now we have to pay extra money to the property manager to fix their failure.
This is a clear case of blatant deception and extremely poor service. I strongly warn everyone to avoid Brisbane Bond Clean. Their advertising promises are completely misleading.Rating: -10000000...../5 ⭐

I am extremely happy with the bond cleaning service provided. The team was punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire property. Every room was cleaned to a very high standard, including areas that are often overlooked.

The property looked spotless, and the real estate agent was very impressed with the condition it was left in. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the process was stress-free and efficient.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a thorough bond clean and would happily use their services again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic job!

Terrible service from start to finish.
The cleaner arrived 2 hours earlier than the agreed time, then cancelled the next two rescheduled appointments. When the clean finally went ahead, I was asked to pay before any work had even started.
The clean itself was not completed to an acceptable standard and I had to pay for another cleaner to come in and finish the job.
I tried multiple times to contact the company and resolve the issue, but my calls were not actioned and the matter was never properly addressed. I have since lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

SCAM FRAUD AVOID! I cant believe i didnt see these other reviews before booking. I FOUND THE CLEANER ASLEEP ON THE FLOOR he hadnt touched a thing in the house. Charged extra for blind cleaning, asked to transfer on the spot before anything started. Re-clean took hours to complete. Damaged the kitchen bench and Im left with the bill to fix it from the real estate. DO NOT BOOK! I have flagged with ACCC.

Choosing this bond cleaning company is one of the worst decisions you can make for your home. Similar names are used by other companies to conceal actual reviews. The website name is brisbondclean.com.au, and they are known as Brisbane Bond Clean. In their website, you can see millions of 5 star reviews, but I can assure you that all of them are fake. My review is not even posted there, even though I am a real customer. When it comes to cleaning, one person and a bucket are their army. Besides serving as a ladder and holder, the bucket also serves as a storage box and a water carrier.

Here are some photos after they were cleaned. In total, I took over 25 photos and videos and sent them via email and phone. A re-cleaning drama was arranged for two hours, and when you look away from the cleaner for a moment, he disappears. There isn't even a 40% coverage of what they list in their quote. Despite paying S565, they are barely worth $100. Your phone isn't picked up after they've taken your money.

Those who are dealing with are just answering phones and sending emails. Their cleaning is subcontracted to overseas students who do not have any experience. Cleaning only begins after payment is received on the day of cleaning. It will be too late for us once we realize that there is only one man on site to do the cleaning, and he is not doing it correctly.
