Very aggressive and invasive advertising, actually called me early morning because I had the audacity to leave am item in the basket. I didn't buy the item because the delivery and vat doubled the price.

Appalling communication and customer service
We were advised the gravel would be delivered on the Friday between 12.30 and 16.30. It was not. Furthermore there was no communication whatsoever as to why or, more importantly when it would be delivered. Nothing. We are still waiting. Appalling communication and appalling customer service.

Got email and text before the delivery time.
Had an issue which turned out to be nothing to do with this but customer service took it on and helped me with it.
Delivery driver also gave me information to solve my issue that cropped up on earlier in the day

Great prices on decorative stones. I wanted to check the bulk bag size needed and make sure I could get them delivered on a particular day, so I called up Brisks, and the young man on the phone was very helpful. He also helped by putting together a quote which he emailed to me to confirm, as my Web link wasn't stable enough to place the order online via the website that day.
