Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. Placed order for delivery stating 3 to 5 working days. After 10 follow up calls continuously over time they still had not had arrived, being given a number of promised delivery dates and still not arriving. Tracking showed burst bags and damaged labels throughout and damaged pallets. After 23 days of due delivery, traced haulage company who were very helpful and stating it was a matter of incorrect quality of pallets for weight of goods. and bursting which should have been sturdier euro palletts. Delivery according to first haulier transferred by Brisks to another haulage company but not updated on our tracking or informed. Order eventually arrived and delivered efficiently 3 weeks later than order date.but no bearing on Brisks. Hauliers x 2 more helpful and informative than supplier. Will never use Brisks again! Bad experience.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Ordered dumpy bags of arctic white chippings and sharp sand on 17th July with an agreed delivery date of today (27th July) to start work. Having heard nothing I emailed Brisk to confirm the delivery and was told sorry there's a delay as our supplier has no stock and we don't know when they will have stock! Why on earth wasn't I told sooner to arrange an alternative supplier? Refund demanded and lesson learned to steer clear of Brisk.

Bad delivery experience as the bulk bag was delivered by tail lift and pump truck
The pallet collapsed as it wasn’t a euro pallet (much stronger)
This meant I had to unload straight away as the delivery was obstructing ..

I ordered 50 x 20kg bags of sharp sand.
This was supposed to be delivered on Friday.
I never got any update on the delivery
I called the Brisks phone number late afternoon and was told it would not be delivered today.
This is totally unacceptable, I took a day off work to receive this order and I have contracts booked in for the weekend.
I tried to cancel my order and was told it would cost me £60 to return / cancel my order. Who's paying for the contractors that I have to cancel, I was told that was my problem.
My sand turned up the following Monday.

The stones which I ordered were spot on I love them and I ordered just enough. The driver was very efficient and helpful as to where I wanted them placed to be able to work from.

After initially having a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience regarding delivery issues, I can now say that we have had an apology and a full refund.
It was unfortunate that more questions were not asked and information given on both sides about suitable access etc.

Absolutely shocking company, the Black ice stones were not as described and pictured, they were only shades of grey, we rejected them and had a lot of hassle getting our money refunded. We ordered black ice stones from another company and they were perfect, a mixture of black, white and grey.

Hi Mr Doherty, Black Ice is not a naturally blended product and each company has their own blends and ratios. We apologise ours was not to your liking but we sell over 50 tonnes of Black Ice per day with no issues. We will update our imagery so this does not happen again.
