I contacted the customer services who were very helpful. The taps we had were becoming pitted and the chrome finish was therefore damaged. I submitted photographs of the pitting . New taps arrived within the week. Excellent service 10/10

I required a grub screw for 20+ toilet roll holder. It was found in their old stock by a very helpful gentleman from Bristan's. He posted it to me very promptly. Extremely happy with their customer service.

The tap I purchased failed
The tap I purchased failed within about 3 months of fitting. My complaint to Bristan was given a cursory reason for the tap's failure, but not a reason that matched the performance. No compensation offered.

Easy to fit but
I believe it was easy to fit, apart from the tool for the grubber screws which no longer includes the plastic handle, the person who fitted mine found it very difficult to tighten with the small Allen key
