Total scam and ripoff
Total scam and ripoff. My dentist recommends I do this, so I do.
A couple of weeks later someone calls me and tells me to download my "report". I have no idea what "report" or how to get it. Get a number of phone calls "reminding" me to download my report.
"Korina " from Bristle Health gets frustrated with me that I don't download my report. (I never signed-up for an account, so there's no way.)
I call me dentist, who when emails me the report.
"Korina" then emails me that I have to pay $75 to schedule an appointment to understand the report, after spending hundreds already on "the report".
At this point, I don't know what I paid money for, or why it matters, and they want me to pay still more money to understand why I spent the first money.
Complete scam, avoid these folks.

Scam (and a very skillful one!)
Unbelievable. I ordered two saliva tests, got a confirmation of my order...then nothing. They charged me over $300 and sent nothing. I tried their support, info line...nothing.
I had to dispute the charge and now awaiting results which is in itself stressful.
