My only complaint is the packaging, as I mentioned before. One small box, inside a bigger box, covered in sellotape, and I mean covered, so that it can not be recycled. That is not good!

I had no response from Bristol masks after a few emails eventually I received my order! After an extremely long wait. I don’t think I will be purchasing anything else. As they have gone into liquidation so no guarantees orders will be delivered any more
Beware - companies house records now showing company dissolved in May 2024!
Ordered masks 22nd December and full payment made. Nothing received by 8th January and company not responding to emails. So despite still taking orders and payments a little research shows that Companies House have records showing company dissolved in 2024!

To short a shelf life
I purchase face masks December 6th and the shelf life expires July 2026 which I think is terrible, the last box I purchased during Covid had a shelf life of 4 year which expires January 2026

I have been ordering from you for last 3 yrs. I placed the order on 5th Feb and despite numerous emails you did not reply. I eventually got a refund from my credit card company however, the masks arrived last Sat over 2 months after placing the order. The product is good however your customer service is appalling. Why don't you just answer email queries or provide a contact number.
I have now seen that the company has been dissolved however one reply listed on here says you can still order from Bristol Mask by Internetscape Ltd. I can't find that in the search engine however Companies House shows it with the same Director Stefan DULAUNEY as was the original Bristol Mask Director and no accounts provided. So seems odd to me. It is a shame as the products I have always had have been good.
No masks and no response
Placed an order on 14th March which has still not arrived. No response from my three attempts to contact this company. Dispute raised with credit card company and I now have my money back. Avoid.
How to lose your money and wait months for something
I placed my order you took my money you took months and months to get my order to me. No correspondence. No apologies. If you haven’t got the stuff in stock do not take peoples money. You wouldn’t go to your shop to buy milk and pay for something if they haven’t got it so don’t worry I’ll come back when you’ve got some but I’ll pay for it now. Get your act together.

Be careful this company has dissolved the government shows this on companies house in Summer of 2024. As such no one should be seeing availability to purchase.
Even with the response this information received should proceed with caution.

I ordered 4 layer masks as we are in our 70s and consider ourselves vulnerable. What came claim to be 3 layer masks but I am not convinced they are even that. They seem to be very thin.
