Our purpose since 2014 has been to provide professional ongoing staff training support and resilience for businesses and organisations. We do this by designing and maintaining bespoke, accredited staff safety training tailored to current business needs and requirements. Our courses include - mandatory Health, Safety & Well-being training. Fire Safety, Fire Warden, all types of First Aid at Work and Workplace Mental Health, from basic awareness, to prevention and response. We also offer personal and organisational resilience training designed to support individual wellbeing and business growth. Training can be facilitated either on business premises, online or at a Central Bristol venue. Blended Learning versions are also optional.

The training was clear, well organised, and thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the learners. The content was easy to follow and relevant to the subject. Completed a trauma diffusion session following a critical incident. Judd was highly knowledgeable about trauma and its effects on mental health, the body and stress levels, was compassionate and supportive, and facilitated the session well. Would highly recommend without any hesitation to anyone wishing to undergo brief intervention in order to process trauma following incidents.
