Incorrect size ring sent as ordered, no response received from query.
Sent me the wrong size ring as ordered. Ordered size S, received what was later sized as size J, so a rather large difference. Unfortunately I did try to contact the company via email (with the address as stated on their website) as I was heading on holiday to use the ring to propose and received no response so had to make quick alternate arrangements to get another ring from elsewhere.
Delivery was quick regardless but given the big difference in sizes that I received and no response to my query/complaint I cannot in all good faith recommend using this company for the correct size jewellery.

That said, we want to start by saying sorry — we got this one wrong, and we take full responsibility for sending out the incorrect ring size. All of our orders are checked before they're posted, but this one unfortunately slipped through the net. That simply isn't good enough, especially given the occasion you had in mind.
We completely understand how stressful this must have been, and we're truly sorry that our lack of response left you in such a difficult position. The last thing we'd ever want is for something like this to cause added pressure around such a special moment.
We did offer to send out a pre-paid envelope so the ring could be returned and resized on a quick turnaround, and as a gesture of goodwill we also offered a free 1oz silver Britannia coin as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
