Can't fault the course. All the information was provided, including eBooks and website references. Tutor (Clare) was very helpful, providing support and clarifying details. Feedback from assessors was constructive and helpful. Quick turnaround on assessments and feedback, allowed me to review and move on to next unit at earliest opportunity.

I have successfully completed four courses offered by Britannia School. The invaluable knowledge and guidance provided by the tutors enabled me to successfully attain diplomas in each course. These qualifications have not only elevated my employability but also allowed me to pursue a career as a lecturer and assessor, contributing to my professional growth.

The sales teams comprising of Sophia and Danilyas were quick to respond and did not get impatient with the number of questions I threw at them to make sure I was picking the best provider for the AET. I Am looking foward to using Moodle. Even though Pearson were offereing 3 online courses for free along with the AET, I checked the sample video and was deeply unimpressed... given how global Pearson/Edulink I was disappointed with the sample teaching video thus decided to go with School of Academics because I feel like the oldest providers don't need to try so hard and I was really pleased with the fact that Britannia have a fast-track option. I hope to finish the AET and do the level 4 and 5 certificate and diploma with them. So far, very impressed

I spoke to Ayaz on the phone, who explained everything in great detail, and answered any and all questions that I had about the course, qualifications, etc. He was lovely and supportive, and even called me back later in the day so I could figure things out. He was very transparent about everything, and quite enthusiastic. If you get called by Ayaz, know you'll be in very good hands. Otherwise, I've so far had good experiences with everything else too. I love the fact that there's so many people you can speak to if you need help.
