Paid for a certain mark. On the day it was due I messaged them as still hadn’t received anything I recieved a message saying it was still being worked on and assured it would be done by the end of the day. A few hours later I said I was getting nervous about it not being handed in on time was told to bear with and that he was trying his hardest. 5 minutes later I was sent the assignment. Not sure how one minute you’re trying your hardest 5 minutes later you’re done. I had to re arrange the assignment as it was not in the right order I had to send it in as I had no time left. I didn’t get anywhere near the mark paid for I was blamed when I sent everything required and refused a refund then had the check of recently asking if there was anymore I needed them to do.
