I order a pallet of uninspected customer returns and practically all of the products were damaged or not working at all! I understand that they are uninspected, but I would have expected some items to be in sale-able condition, but unfortunately this is not the case. They have literally sold me a create on useless items, with zero resell value. They also sent a product that had 6 burst batteries inside they were leaking out of the toy. The acid of which is very harmful. I'm thankful that my kids did not open it before I inspected it first. This is GROSS NEGLIGENCE. The customer service team are extremely unhelpful, they offer absolutely no help. My compliant just fall on def ears. Please avoid making the same mistake I have.

The website shows good pricing and it seems to have good products, but definitely, bad communication and no respect for the customer make me feel the order might not be as colorful as in the manifest and pics.

I do not understand behaviour and attitude of Adam who has been my contact. After 12 yrs in customer care, my NPS rating based on experience with him is 0....

Anyone might have a bad day, too many things on his head or even may have as many customers that he don't need any one more, but first line contact behavior stands for the company they represent.

To summarize - the company's policy is that you should arrange your pick up within 2 days from placing your order or otherwise it'll be cancelled but Adam hasn't been able to provide me with the details of the goods, weights and dimentions of the pallets since Friday Morning till Monday's end of the day (the order has been placed on Thu).

And after I emailed the company again requesting these details untli 09:00 Tuesday morning or I would have to cancel the order I received the following reply: "Order has been cancelled, and your account has been closed, cheers"

I have had very bad experience with Britdeals. The uninspected pallets are inspected, not my Britdeals but place they come from. I had customer returns food products on my pallet. I did expect them to be out of date but not by 2 or 3 years out of date. 95% of food products were absolutely rubbish and should go straight to landfill, not auction. That was absolutely disgusting. I did contact my sale representative and I was told to see LOT’s Legend about condition. And I did, but the boxes I had were previously opened and inspected by amazon team and they are saying uninspected. I’ve been dealing with customer returns for years and never had something like that… That was my first order with Britdeals….

My 2nd order had an Item missing but support resolved it without issue.

Bought 2 pallets from Britdeals everything was ok until I received the pallets, clothes looked ok most of them BUT all branded ones like ( PUMA/NIKE/TOMMY HILFIGGER and other brands ) they all came with such defects that cannot be sold and basically that was the reason for buying those pallets because of the branded clothes that I have seen on " LOT MANIFEST" I called and they asked me to send proof so I send loads of photos as per they request, but no one called me/replay to my email I called again but i can't get hold of Agop - Sales Representative.
I it a shame as I was hopping to get some money out of this items.
So yeah for everyone who like to try this sort of pallets clothes they not bad loads of bits on them but most of them not branded or worth much, but the branded ones are all full of defect such a shame and shame on this people as they not saying anything on description

Customer service is ok, although we was promised that if any big items were missing then they’d look after us. Naive on our part probably! We bought numerous pallets and just about made our money back. I’d say 30-40% of them are sellable but we was never going to get close to retail price as they have to be classed as returns! A lot of work sorting through it all for no return! I just think the pallets are too expensive! You live and learn. It was a good buzz at the beginning. It definitely opens your eyes to what people are like, the stuff they get away with returning is a joke! Overall though I value the experience as I’ve learnt a lot. In no way am I saying it’s Britdeals fault that most items were broken and not sellable I just think they should be sold for less to give us a chance to earn money on them.

Britdeals have declined my account without giving any reason saying that it’s up to us whether we accept or not. Filled the application form and provided all original information and documents. I’ve tried to ask them reason but they refused to comment.

I have now been contacted and am looking forwards to my first order.

I just made my first order with Brit Deals and I am extremely happy. Got exactly what I ordered and everything was in brand new condition as advertised. I also found the customer service extremely helpful and were very quick in answering any questions I had. Would deffo recommend and would use again.

My first 2 orders - One was a returns pallet and another was new items.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the returns pallet however I did know there was a risk with it so my own fault!! any higher priced items from the lot were either broken or opened such as pokemon card packets.

The new items were delivered nicely, no problems and delivery was fast for both :)

My order (2 lots of clothes category Shelf Pulls). Delivery was very fast and customer service great. But I evaluate the entire purchasing process with products. Compatibility between manifests and what I got was like ~65%. Worst thing most expensive products were missing / destroyed. For example should be 10 units of Ray-Ban sunglasses - I got only 2 which seems ok, rest missing or destroyed and I could only threw it to the bin. Another example - top 10 most expensive units from 2 lots - first lot 4 units (rest missing or destroyed), second lot 3 units (rest missing or destroyed).

Of course in FAQ stands that some units can be damaged, but % of missing units compare to manifests is huge. I don't even say about condition of most of products, dirty, destroyed and not to be wear.

So if someone thinks about "Shelf Pulls" think twice, this doesn't look so great as it looks on manifests.

Good company, you can easily negotiate on the price of lots and find some great deals.

The first 2 orders I made were great ,these were both new stock and was exactly what was described.

The pallet of customer returns I purchased the pallet had about 90% of what was actually on the manifest which is fine because they do state that on the website that you should allow a percentage of +&- however it’s annoying that the items that were missing were some of the more expensive items . Out of the 90% that I did receive about 30% of it is not sellable due to the fact that it’s either smashed or things like used ear phones that have wax in them ,again it is uninspected returns so I guess that’s fair aswell ,the remanding 60% to be honest is in a great condition, about 10% was brand new sealed and the other 50% had been opened ,not used and sent back but mite have the odd mark here and there

The delivery was silly fast .I ordered 3pm Monday and received the pallet 10am Wednesday morning !

My only complaint is that when the pallet got delivered it was wide open at the top so I don’t know if the delivery service mite have taken the 10% of my pallet items that weren’t there or if that’s how it’s shipped out

Allso bear in mind that the manifest list total £ is calculated via amazon .if you are selling these items on eBay you should really knock about 30%-40% when making your profit on investment list

There’s definitely profits to be had if you do your due diligence

Overall britdeals I think are a fair company I will definitely be ordering more !

Worst ever experience with Britdeals, last pallet that we purchased was 95% to be thrown away, the most expensive items were very damaged, into pieces. They say they don't inspect the pallets but is clearly that the items are selected and they ask a high price for them. When i told them about the very damaged items they said they will apply a discount to the next pallets so trying to make me buy other pallets at the price that i would usually buy them at pretending that they applied a discount to it. Even paypal is on their side. Please avoid as much as possible.
