Excellent service from Britelite very well priced, installation a breeze and the patio doors look great!

The Sales process was great and the quality of the product is excellent, internal processes need some work. George was super respectful to our situation and very knowledgeable in the recommendations' that he made. However, one of our key requirements was speed as we were in the process of selling the property. We were given an indication that it would take between 3 and 4 weeks once the survey was done for the installation to be completed. The survey was done but took a week for the report to be submitted. It then appears there was then an outstanding query that was not submitted back to the Sales teams efficiently. This resulted in another two week delay and required two calls to customer services to be resolved. Only then did the 3-4 week timeframe kick in resulting in a 6-7 week overall duration after the survey was done.

Very pleased with installation, Geoff and Liam were very professional did what needed to be done in very hot weather on the day.

The initial window installation was completed on the quoted date to a very good standard. The window (tilt and turn) itself looks good and operates with no issues. The only problem was the interior glass had a scratch that was promptly replaced under the guarantee. Overall very good service.

Recently had my windows installed with Britelite, very pleased with quality and installation performance. Lambi was very professional, approachable, reliable and did amazing job with windows.

Thank you to Andrew and Ryan for fitting my new front door, you were polite and worked very cleanly. You took in to consideration my height when fitting the door furniture which is important to an elderly person. From the sales person to each staff member who helped you were all helpful and kind. Great product, quality door and great workers. This work was carried out at my mother in laws home, she was very happy with the work and the two gentlemen who replaced the door. Many thanks.

We being working with you guys I told the contractor where the switch was for the window fan and messed up the fuse they also broke the letterbox more like the flap of the letter box Plus they're broke too windows you lot are cowboys you was only come in to change our windows and made it 10 times worse we only used you guys because of our hoseing time because you are cheap new I know why the 2 days the workman was in our flat nothing what right

It’s taken me a while to write this review but I think that’s a good thing because we have lived with our new room since December 2023. We had our old conservatory replaced with a livinroof system and opted not to have any glass panels in the solid roof. We also had the sides replaced with new frames with solar glass.

The whole journey with Britelite was amazing, at no point did they push us into anything and we spent an inordinate amount of time at their showroom in Maidstone looking at the various options before we made our final decision.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made sure that we were getting the right product for our needs. With livinroof systems, building regs are required and Britelite’s surveyor was also very knowledgeable and thorough – we talked at length about certain aspects of the fit, nothing was too much trouble. The admin team were great and kept us informed at each step of the journey.

The team that came along to build had been with Britelite a long time, that alone speaks volumes and the build was top notch, despite it being in the middle of December and pouring with rain. We were told before the build that they couldn’t guarantee that our floor wouldn’t be damaged but they did everything they could to minimise any damage and the testament to that is we still have the same floor. The Plasterer and electrician were of the same high standard and my brother who is very picky commented on the amazing finish of the plaster on the ceiling. Mess was kept to an absolute minimum and the workmanship was just top notch.

Immediately we could feel a difference in the warmth of the house, and three winters and two summers on, it’s the best decision we’ve made. When it’s really hot, we actually keep the doors and windows shut to keep the room cool, that’s how good the roof and solar glass is. I can still work in there whatever the time of year, it is now a proper room. When it was a conservatory, it was only at it’s optimum is spring and autumn.

We are now in yet another heatwave and care of the solid roof and solar windows our house has not turned into an oven, so finally I thought I’ve got to write that review!!!

Geoff was very professional and conscientious. He answered any questions that I asked, he managed to resolve the error made by the glass factory and gave me reassurance that everything would be fine once the new triple glazing glass is reinstalled. I found Britelite to be good communicators and customer focused. Geoff was also very tidy.

We were kept informed at all stages of the process. From a very speedy first meeting thru to installation we received a very good service. We have recommended this company to family and friends .

The previous owner of my house had windows installed by Britelite Windows in 2019, with a 10-year guarantee that is still valid and supported by certification.

Recently, while closing a window, the beading suddenly came loose and fell directly onto my face. This caused significant bruising, a cut, temporary blackout, and a facial muscle hematoma. It was a genuinely frightening and dangerous incident that could have been far worse if the glass had shattered.
What made this experience even more upsetting was the complete lack of empathy from the company. I spoke with three different team members, none of whom showed any concern about the injury. Instead, I was passed around in circles and subjected to long, frustrating email exchanges with a Service Department Manager, whose communication came across as rude and dismissive.

Despite clear evidence that the windows are still within the 10-year guarantee, I was first told the issue wouldn’t be covered unless the guarantee was transferred into my name. I was then informed that the transfer itself was not possible due to a supposed 3-month transfer window, something not stated in the guarantee documentation, only buried within a separate transfer form. This feels misleading and unfair, as there is no reasonable way for a homeowner to be aware of such a condition in advance.

Suffering an injury due to a product failure is bad enough, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude from the company made the situation far worse.

There is a reason why Britelite has such appalling reviews. Stay away and keep yourself safe.
