Good value bed and mattress. Delivery was also a good experience. A bit of a split opinion on the comfort of the mattress as I really get a good night sleep on it but my husband, not so much.

Ordered my bed and from start to finish the whole process was stress and hassle free was exactly as pictured and is super comfy couldn’t be happier

I had a really good experience with this company. I looked at may different companies for a new bed and I loved that British bed Co sent out samples so I could make sure I was selecting the right bed before it was delivered. Would recommend.

Far from luxurious. Bed arrived in two packages two days apart. No building instructions. Just a bag of screws with not a pilot hole in sight to give a clue how it goes together. There was no padding around the frame so when you sit on the edge of the bed the frame cuts into the back of your legs. The headboard was in two halves. It does not screw together so if you lean on one side you end up with it not joining in the middle. The lining on the back is also tight one side and lose on the other. Ordered an ottoman to go with it. The base was meant to be coloured black but it was all peeled up showing MDF colouring and the black lining stapled underneath had come lose so if it moved so much as an inch, the black fabric came out from underneath it. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because they gave me some money back for it. Although I did have to send multiple emails to get a response and threaten taking it further if I didn’t get a reply.

Great service and great products fast and easy to order from

After searching around, comparing I circled back to British Bed Co. They had the easiest and better price for the style we wanted. I ordered swatches online to make sure the colour was correct and placed the order online. Delivery was around 1 week after, I was kept upto date with delivery date / time.

We paid the extra to have the bed delivered upstairs. Unfortunately the delivery company had split the wrapping and caused a dirty scuff on it. I was really expecting to have a problem with getting it resolved as you read horror stories about service etc
We got in touch straight away, they come back to us with options, to keep it and try to remove the mark (with a partial refund) or they would get another out to us within the week.

We opted for keeping it as we had just decorated and desperate to get house back to normal.

It’s just coming up to a year of us having the bed frame. I have to say for the price I’m really really impressed. It’s really sturdy. Fabric still looks brand new, it’s not gotten any catches or scratches.

My sister had since ordered and we are due to decorate our daughters room and will order again
