Good store could pack a little better but good.

Great prices. Carefully packed and expertly delivered. Early by the way.
Whats not to like?

The customer experience is top notch. I had minor issue with a typo in some of my delivery data, and they got it sorted right away. The communication via email is very timely with excellent followup. Best of all my package arrived several days ahead of schedule. I will be ordering from them again.

Wwll it's certainly confusing finding the correct British food store, based in Ireland . We ordered fresh food last week, moggerly pies, Irish bacon, clonakilty sausages and a black pudding ring. Depending on holidays , strikes in Europe, and weather conditions , can take up to 10 days. However todays order arrived early via DHS minimum charge. Excellent quality, well packed and still chilled. Next order will be for store cupboard items. Someone always responds to the emails friendly and politely.

I have just received my latest order for garlic chicken kievs and lamb side loin chops. The were delivered on the express air service. It is excellent, the parcel arrived in France, within a day. Everything was packed really well and in perfect condition. The kievs are the best I have ever had. Large whole chicken breast fillet with a lovely crispy coating and the yummy Irish butter filling with garlic. I cooked the lamb side loin chops in the Ninja. They were so tasty and tender. The fat crisped up nicely. Definitely will be ordering again. I have also placed several orders using the standard delivery service. That usually takes about a week to arrive in France. I can't buy Maris Piper potatoes over here, so it is great to be able to order the organic ones. There are lots of other English and Irish products available on the site. The prices are very reasonable, and the standard delivery charge is excellent. Very pleased with all my orders.

Great choices of foods especially fresh chilled sausages and bacon. No other british store can send these because of EU regulations. Wonderful selection, well packed and delivered as promised. Definitely recommend. Meat is excellent, as are pies and breakfast boxes. Only problem is their website is very slow. Used to use BritishCorner Shop but they are rubbish since they changed hands.

Terrible very poor communication , no tracking order sent , emails not replied to or when they are they are full of waffle.items not sent and I doubt there will be a refund. Terrible company do not touch

Great selection of products that are not easy to find here. Products were shipped according to promised schedule. I ordered a rib roast and stew meat express delivery to Portugal and everything arrived well packed in cold packaging. We're excited to dig in!

I had some questions before and during the ordering process, and they were responded to in about a day. I believe they are a small operation as the same person responded to all of my questions.

I took a risk ordering from this company as there were no online reviews. Both food costs and delivery charges were very fair so i took the risk and received my box of foods today. I ordered my food with the standard delivery and it took a little over a week to receive it. There weren't any missing items and the glass items were well packaged. I would definitely reorder from this company again. I also love the fact that you can order both British and Irish products. I'm half Irish, I grew up in England and moved to Italy 7 years ago. I miss the food I ate growing up, so it's nice to get a good selection of both Irish and British food delivered to my front door in Italy.
