Not fully transparent communication

After placing the order, they have realised that there were too many boxes to fit into their standard shipping box, so they had to eliminate one of the boxes I ordered and the without informing me they have decided what to cancel and refund. I would have preferred to be offered to choose which one to cancel Then I had the best surprise of paying higher amount of duty such as €30 on a total order of about 200. It is not possible that such case is not clearly explicit but hidden into the very nitty-gritty details of the agreement that you have to accept when you order , it should be made very clear upfront that duty costs are applicable and can be high. The event of duty taxation is normally reported by the shipping company to the customer, but the shipping company they have chosen did not give any information upfront on these costs that were surprisingly presented by the person delivering the box.

If you are looking for a reliable…

If you are looking for a reliable website this is the one. I live in norway, recently ordered a large, expensive package from this website. I had problems with shipping and my package was sent back. Britishgram was in contact the whole time, very responsive, great communication and sent the package to me again for free.
I have still not received my package but this is of no fault of this website. It was purely parcelforce and norwegian customs screwing up. Britishgram have kept me updated and in contact the whole time. I would 100% recommend. Great staff and great communication.

Beware of additional custom fees

Beware of additional custom fees
Ordered to be delivered in Luxembourg and had to pay lots of money for customs. This is obviously not mentioned on the website. Only shipping fees. Was disappointed and unhappily surprised. Would not recommend for delivery in Europe. Great products though.
