Item ordered 3/12/25 and has remained processing since then:
sent email asking for update - no response
filled on line form requesting update - no respone
phoned helpline who said they would contact seller and update me but haven't
money was taken same date as order

I'm a seller , I believe this site is set up by scammers
The advertising of the listing of products is not clear
ALSO THEY KEEP A SELLERS FUNDS FOR A MONTH AFTER A BUYER HAS PAID AND ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED . EVEN WHERE BUYERS HAD CALLED AND ACKNOWLEDGED RECIEVING THEIR ITEMS AND EVEN AFTER A CUSTOMER HAS LEFT REVIEWS
ON THE PRETENCE OF CUSTOMER CHANGING THEIE MINDS . WHAT RUBBISH . EVEN BY LAW THIS IS WRONG , CUSTOMERS CAN USE THE GOOD FOR A MONTH MAKE FAKE COMPLAINTS LEAVING SELLERS AND BUSINESSES AT A LOSS
MY EXPLANATION IS THEY USE SELLERS FUNDS FOR THAT MONTH TO INVEST AND MAKE MORE MONEY .
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND THEY ALL SOUND LIKE FOREIGNERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN ON CALL SOUNDS LIKE INDIVIDUALS NOT OFFICIAL MANNED OFFICE
I DIRECTED MY BUYER TO ANOTHER MARKET PLACE
UOTILL NOW 10 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER CALLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE NOT PAID ME MY FUNDS
THEY ARE THIEVES

I tried to list a mobile phone on Facebook marketplace and they say it goes against their policies. Why is thousands of other people selling mobile phones on Facebook? Why do they keep picking on me? I am pissed off with them marketplace. It seems like one’s good for one but not good for the other I want an explanation, please if you’ve got the guts to tell me marketplace

I’ve been waiting for over a month for British Marketplace to process a withdrawal from sales I made on their platform, and I still haven’t received the payment. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no resolution. This is completely unacceptable for any business or professional looking to work with them. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Their lack of seriousness and responsibility is very concerning.

I heard British Marketplace from Facebook video. After that I ordered some boxes of mango. They took some time to deliver me as they told me that In Bangladesh there was everybody on Eid Vacation but they give us fresh authentic mango. Thanks a ton. We love it.

We have received the order with two days. Which was great. But quality of mango was horrible. Almost 1 whole box was damaged. Not happy at all. First time ordered experience was very bad.
