I had a scam message about my life insurance wich I didn't open so I googled british senior and called I got sales but were very helpful and put me through to who I needed to speak to he confirmed it was a scam then I decided I wanted to up my money for my funeral plan so went on line got a call back and had a lovely sales guy no pressure ran through the options he was a happy guy all 3 I talk to were brillant well trained respectful and confident and easy to understand really easy 5 star thank you

I just saw the advert..had a think about funeral costs..its a no brainer. Took out my policy lets love a little life before we go hahaha.

Donna who helped me was very professional. She spoke clearly and steadily so I wasn't overwhelmed by all the information provided. She was extremely patient and thoughtful and made the experience easier to manage.

Very good information put over in the correct way for me to understand. The gentleman gave me options to choose and did not tell me what I needed. The choices were great and the benefit of not having to pay to make changes to your policy is a bonus.

I did get a good talk on the phone i was happy to go ahead, but was told I had a week to decide, so I was surprised when I finished on phone the money was taken out of my account, said it would be about 3rd of October when 1st payment would go out ,luckily it isn't a problem.

Everything was explained to me very well . Very helpful and cares about their relationship with their customers.

Fraser from British Seniors was knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful.
Initially he had informed us of an opportunity to increase our life insurance, I had asked for some time to discuss it with my wife.
He discreetly followed up the original call a few days after I was in a position to confirm that I wished to proceed.
The entire process was then handled excellently by Fraser and concluded quickly and efficiently.
