The company is apparently trying to sell its reputation to the outside world as positive by all means. In doing so, they do not shy away from false statements. Anyone who buys here must expect that complaints and refund requests under consumer protection law will only be stalled, but that concerns will never be dealt with.
It is unbelievable how customers are treated here. A good choice for dubious Minecraft servers? Maybe. But customers and players who buy through Tebex should definitely be aware that they are apparently working with unfair practices.
Another example for those unfair practices is the fact that TEBEX tried to delete any negative feedback on this platform (Trustpilot) as you can see in the transparency report at the original tebex profile.

Stay Well Away
The owner of British Studios OkTom was known as one of the biggest leakers in the British FiveM community and I have no clue how he has managed to come back from that but hey.
I was a part of the Dev team for them and a part of his upcoming FiveM server, when I saw that nothing was happening in that server I left and started my own server in which he responded to banning me from his server, blocking me and removing all of my assets from British Studios.
Once we had launched our server OkTom sent his goons from British Studios to come on our server and mod so yeah stay well away.
