Britton Hall constructed a "new from old house" to a good standard with a snagging list completed in 2024 containing only a few minor issues. These were quickly resolved. A small and very experienced core team produced quality work. Additional contractors employed by the firm were generally of a high standard.
Our own contractors were used for many elements of the fit out. Britton Hall coordinated this and it proved quite challenging for them at times, but in the end did not detract from a well-built house.

Dan and his team built our extension for us and we couldn’t have been happier with his work.
They dealt with each stage with professionalism and were always on time and courteous.
We will definitely be using them for our upcoming renovation.

Professional and experienced in domestic extensions of even the most complex nature with serious propping and complex groundworks. We had Britton Hall complete a ground floor extension back in 2023. Dan had been recommended to us by a friend who had had similar work completed previously. The whole process was great! We found Dan to be very approachable and knowledgeable. There were a few issues with Building Control requesting last minute changes but the guys dealt with them very quickly and took a lot of stress out of the whole thing.
We've been using the space for nearly 1 year now and love it. No issues have cropped up over this time and we would happily recommend Dan and his team to anyone considering this style of building work! 1st Class service throughout.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The professionalism, standard of work and attention to detail they achieve on every job is unbelievable. They are so easy to work with. We’ve worked with them and along side their customers for over 10 years, doing all aspects of their glazing.

Dan Hall scores 2 stars for build quality and first-rate sub-contractors but zero for customer focus, reliability, communication, project management and, ultimately, integrity. Dan promised a lot but failed to deliver on three work programmes, repeatedly missing early milestones. Building Control advice about air vents was ignored for 2 months and only adhered to under pressure. Deviations from the design for a porch were not discussed and agreed in a timely way and in the end it has not been built because Dan has now walked away from the contract. Approach with caution.
