I wished I was able to read these reviews before going ahead. Fooled by the Facebook ad and mostly looked legitimate. Unfortunately not, I don’t think I’ll be getting my walking / running machine. Be warned… scammers at their best.
Like everyone else I stupidly fell for a great ad on instagram for a walk pad… order placed, money taken from a company not called brivanter, no update other than a dodgy email and a dodgy order number - emailed an update to some hotmail account and got a hilarious reply from a dude called Sanchez! 🤣 fortunately Monzo are good and have disputed the order - biggest SCAM ever!!!
Sucked into ordering walking pad but received 2 x dodgy emails from random email … DO NOT TRUST - it’s a SCAM - fortunately I paid via Apple Pay & Barclaycard so should be protected. Stupidly Barclaycard won’t cancel payment as still pending - have to wait 7 days.

They then continue to take money from your bank account
I’ve had to contact my bank regs getting my money back, new bank card & they’re blocked
Scam!!
Don’t get caught out- another one feeling stupid here & credit card won’t do anything as under £100
Emails look real until you try & contact them when you don’t hear anything.
Avoid at all costs!
I have also been sucked in to this scam! Saw the advert for the Walking Pad on Facebook so didn't think twice about the companies legitimacy. Reviews in comments also seemed legit. Ordered. Got two dodgy looking emails saying thank you for your order & what happens next..... then nothing. Email is a Hotmail email. Other once added to Google is a non existent. Having to wait 14 days with my credit card company before I can raise a dispute. Feel so stupid for falling for this! Beware and avoid!
Stupidly ordered a running pad, states tracked delivery 2-4 working days.
Over 7 days have passed and no delivery information, no response from only contact details available to much is a random hotmail account.
Don’t bother ordering from them, scam!
