Deceit and obfuscation

This shambolic outfit said they would help me with a mismanaged ESA claim. Apart from our initial meeting in March 25, there was no further contact (apart from 1 call), no updates, no responses to my texts or messages.
After 5 months of no progress, I decided to approach my MP for help with my issue instead. I quite reasonably asked this org to delete all the sensitive data I'd given them in good faith.
I was taken aback by the hostile, defensive response from S. Samuel office manager who adopted an unnecessarily accusatory and blame-the-victim-stance. As someone with a life threatening disability, she really upset me. She falsely claimed they had resolved my issue, when it remains outstanding. If she's logging failed cases as resolved for the purposes of their record keeping, it's fraud.
Further investigation revealed they closed my case without informing me and they also falsified the log, claiming to have contacted me. Claimed I had never contacted them despite my phone call log proving otherwise. Appallingly unprofessional and predatory, what a way to treat vulnerable people.

The response I received from Torsney, the slick CEO, was one of the most obnoxious and disingenuous ever. Spit in my face and tell me its raining why don't you? A weak leader who refuses to demonstrate accountability and simply tells more lies which just make him look stupid.

Meanwhile my MP kicked DWP's behind and in a few weeks they admitted mismanaging my claim and offered me £400 in compensation. I'd have gone to him 5 months ago had I known these clowns had abandoned my case.

Riddle me this, ponder this ruse
