Not all providers are the same!
I've had 18 monhs trouble free broadband with Virgin Media and am now moving on to Vodafone only for the better price as a new customer. A word of warning: Check the conditions of the standard 14-day cancellation period as not all are as transparent as the above two major providers. It was an expensive lesson 18-months ago, when cancelling within 14-days of a failed installtion, to discover that POP Telecom start counting from the sign-up and not the installation date!
