Really please with Duplia! Michael and his team, made what has been a difficult process with other providers a seameless, professional and swift experience. The kit works exceptionally well, providing great value for money and I know reactive customer care is a only one phonecall away.

Duplia Broadband is a local company that has managed to achieve what absolutely none of the major broadband companies have been able to and that is to provide a consistent, stable and fast broadband service in a rural area just three miles from Gloucester City. Highly recommended, thank you Michael and your team for a great job and a great service, it is much appreciated.

As far as I'm concerned, Duplia stands above and beyond internet -including so-called- providers and us customers were in great need of such company.

Speed guarantee? You got it. No price rise in contract like all the usual suspects? You got it. Answers to any questions you may have? You got it. Stellar customer service, including working with you for the installation and accommodating your needs? You got it. The internet service itself? Couldn't be happier since joining them in January. And they're here for you should you need any help once you're up and running.

Cherry on top for me is that they are a truly local company, but also that, thanks to them, I got the satisfaction to give a hard kick in the backside of all those greedy players out there and give my custom to a company that truly deserves it.

Having struggled with the only option for internet being a mobile dongle providing low speeds and maximum device connection, to have a new option has been game changing!

Duplia came out to check on where to put it quickly and then installation again easy and quick.

The difference between our old internet and this one can be summed up by our children’s wonder at one being able to watch something and one being able to play on their games at the same time all whilst I’m also working! Can’t recommend enough!

Great service including the fact that you can actually speak to a real person on the telephone. Both download and upload speeds better than promised. Only 3 weeks in but everything running smoothly.

So far, our experiences with Duplia have been all extremely positive. After a long and difficult battle to get a reliable connection with EE, we were extremely fortunate that we were in when Harrison arrived to leave a leaflet, so we were able to quiz him about Duplia’s service. He promised (subject to an initial check for the signal) reliability and high speeds, all at a very moderate price. The test was successful, a month later three delightful young men arrived and fitted everything, not leaving until every one of the gadgets that rely on an internet connection was fully functioning.
Over the following week, I had a couple of queries. If one of the team isn’t available, their answering service has been quick and efficient and someone has phoned us back within a few hours.
No more buffering, no more dropping out - another world!

Customer Service how it should be
Just a brilliant company - had problems (after a short outage) with my connection - and after calling, had someone on my doorstep just 30 minutes later! Turns out I had swopped the cables around (numpty!) when I reset the router. Harrison also checked a day or so later that all was well. Living in the country, speeds are now to die for (51.7 downloads) from a previous BT service of about 3. This means working from home is now a breeze.

I have to say my experience with Duplia has been flawless. As an option for those of us living rurally look no further. Customer service is second to none and the technology is great , rock solid high speed connection at a fraction of the cost of other , satellite based, options.

As a rural ecommerce business grappling with the absence of phone lines, whether copper or fibre, our reliance on a 4G broadband SIM card was a reluctant compromise. Great service and communication. Took the time to talk us through each part of the process and what to expect. Very responsive to any questions. Easy to contact which is very rare these days. We are heavy internet users (WFH) and the service hasn't faltered.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. From the first contact to the installation of our broadband, their customer service was excellent.

The internet is so much better than our previous providers. It doesn’t drop in and out all of the time. Lots of our neighbours have got this internet and find it amazing, it is fast and reliable.
