ARE THERE ANY GOOD BROADBAND PROVIDERS?

I wonder if there are any good broadband providers? My experience is that Talk Talk and Sky are abysmal, Sky's "rep" lied to me when he took my order and their actual service was dreadful. Talk Talk provided a poor service, were never contactable, inaccurate billing and only got involved when I cancelled their service, harrassing me to stop me from cancelling. These two providers are pitiful. Plusnet didn't honour their original offer, they were more expensive than their TV advert suggested and, in general, they are not a provider I would use again. BT/EE were hopeless, their TV advert promised a specific monthly charge, that never happenend. The signal was terrible and so I had to buy three extra "discs" or "hubs". They fited a new phone that has never worked since "day one", it's a piece of rubbish. The internet signal is slow and can be unreliabe and, despite all their adverts for "cheap" monthly charges I am paying around £41 per month for a poor quality service. The best service I had was from PO Phones but they stopped their Broadband service. I haven't found a "half decent" Provider since PO Phones, all have added "hidden" costs, several have told me lies and none of them are easy to contact when things (frequently) go wrong.

I would like to tell you unlike the…

I would like to tell you unlike the very good broadband providers uk BT broadband should get
Actually no stars BT broadband, well where to start I joined them after being a platnum sky customer that had finished contract due to over paying £150 for two years even after deals to paying £ 100 with no movies sports or Bt sports and over priced internet that ran at what my son call 100 glitch’s. Well I was blown away with Bt giving everything even halo 2 for half price tv and discount internet and Wi-fi for free everywhere that was until a bafon wrote my email wrong even after I spelt it out and turned my mail.com to now.com for my now tv which I’ve checked and only exsists in China. The poor tec guy and I tried to sought it for 5 hours then his buffoon friend took over and promised he’d cancel it and I’d still get my deals and and I forgot my Bt card for 140. Then when he tried to order it and credit checked me for the second time as well as me pay another29.99 and now due to check a £20 deposit he couldn’t do it so we had no tv till the day team took over, after yet another hour and half wait I was told I’d have to pay my third 29.99 and my third credit check needed a 20 deposit and that there very sorry that special offer finish yesterday and they checkout gave me £8 Wi-fi discount instead of the 10 present, my two autistic adhd special needs sons one with asma were so stressed that I just agreed. Then the unsecure Bt wi hot spots hackers decided to renew my sky contract for sky go applied for phones that had free tv with it that actually messed my credit rate up till I emailed total money and my money supermarket that had actually gone up even though it’s gone downon equafax due to me not renewing my monthly 14.99 and every black web hacker by passing my password with the amazing Bt Wi-fi hot spot. Be warned Bt false advertising to suck new customers in to illegally binding contracts as you need to give your signature for that, but make us customers scared to change as I nearly did with Virgin because there illegally charge us and mess our credit up even more and in a lawful contect not only needs your signature you receive a copy of your contract. I tried to get them to cancel in the first 14 days and got cut off after that alfalfa music or passed to someone else that cut me off it not professional and Last but not least if your misfortune the enough to be there customer don’t email them with a complaint as they close it and don’t notify you or write you gave wrong email not our fault like they have me three times, and down load a hot spot VPN and turn Wi-fi mobile data and hot spot off when you are not using your phone. Please everyone take my advice after doing lots of research and asking my sons go to Virgin faster internet tv highest package and weekend phone for 69 for 18 months and if you miss there Black Friday deal cause you were not quick enough like the 2000 other people who never slept to get the free tv deal or Amazon card they answer there phones at there homes within five minutes and they offer to credit your account and find another deal, I’ve never had Virgin but my kids used my friends and it’s amazing 360 gaming with 0 glitch’s
