Very friendly, fully informative as to what support is available for my needs. Explained how to use equipment would be beneficial for my disabilities and that I had a contact with him through email if I need any other support.

From the beginning of the call until the end of the i didn't realise its the first time I am talking to this shining star. I don't have any words for it. Its my best best experience ever that i had in my all life. Keep it up guys.

My daughter had her assessment with Nikki and I would highly recommend her and the company. Every contact we had from Broadbent was brilliant and the text contact and reminder was great. Nikki was friendly and approachable, clear and concise and knew how to get my daughter to open up enough to identify her needs. This kind of assessment is something my daughter finds very difficult but Nikki was so calm and patient that it made it much easier.
She was extremely thorough also.

I was understood, given support and helped very quickly. I didn’t feel any criticism or pressure with my answers and was helped when i didn’t quite know how to respond. Everything was done to make sure i was comfortable with everything going on and everything being put in place. Overall, just very caring people who wanted to help me.

Steve was a great help to making sure my support needs where properly addressed and was really pleasant to talk to over the phone which is something I struggle with - I feel he was really vigilant in making sure I got the support I need.

The person that was completing the study needs assessment with me was friendly and easy to talk to. I found the explanation of services that can be put in place very helpful and the run-through of how the applications would work on a computer was also helpful.

Ben the assessor was friendly and welcoming, making it much easier to discuss my conditions and needs. Very thorough and helpful.

John was very thorough and really cared about getting me getting all the support I need. In the assessment, he really got to understand me and I was really impressed with his suggestions for software and equipment. His report was also fantastic and was so detailed in explaining why each piece of software/ equipment will benefit me. Couldn't have asked for any more than he did!

My only hope is, that everyone in Broadbent is like my interviewer: Jennifer Thorpe. Her smile was genuine, and warming, it helped me to be at ease, and say, what I was meant to say.
She appeared an expert, and a professional, knew what to look for, and how to interpret it, and what solutions to suggest to those potential complications.

The staff were helpful, efficient, relatable, friendly and professional. My assessor Helen was very friendly and welcoming and explained things thoroughly throughout the assessment. She was understanding of my conditions and likewise made sure I fully understood the next steps and help that could be provided. The communication is outstanding.

Gary was kind and understanding about my situation. Very helpful and know how to hold a good conversation.

I had my DSA needs assessment this week via zoom with Ben. I was a bit apprehensive, mainly as I didn't know what to expect and I also had no idea about the support that could be offered for my conditions.

Ben immediately put me at ease and it was more of a conversation discussing what issues I face with regards to studying and what could be put in place to alleviate these problems.

All aspects of university life were covered, including travel, planning, organising, reading, writing and finally examinations. I feel a lot more confident about returning to university now, as most concerns I had were about managing and dealing with studying.

Ben was friendly, helpful and professional, and took time to understand my needs and made great suggestions for my time at university. Thanks Ben!
