An extremely well presented course with a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer. Darren encouraged everyone to be involved in very open and interesting exchanges of ideas and activities. Took a lot from this module and highly recommend to any leaders with responsibility for H & S.

A group of us took part in a 1 day course - IOSH Leading Safely with Darren. It was a fantastic course which was very interactive and got everyone involved.
The course focused on safety but also how to lead in any situation which was very useful to apply in everyday work life. Darren was a great coach and I would be very keen to do another course with Broadhead Global.

Darren led our blended workshop which involved disseminating a large amount of information to a large number of attendees with varied levels of understanding. The day was informative and more importantly achieving the objective of engaging this staff group in a new improvement programme.

Post workshop feedbacks is testament to Darren's experience in this facilitating, as it has been very positive and has started to create the desired objectives of increasing awareness and engagement.

Colleagues felt very involved in the workshop and two way conversations were encouraged during the day and again, this proved a positive experience.

I attended an IOSH Leading Safely course hosted by Broadhead Global. The quality of the course content, knowledge of the trainer and first class presentation on the day made this a stand out training day for me which I would thoroughly recommend to any Senior Managers or a Department Head.
