Just came back from having a Japanese head spa with Daphne. Amazing from start to finish 😀
Daphne was very welcoming and fantastic and what she does, felt so relaxed after. Aftercare tips as well 😊 definitely recommend.
DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC!!!
Dafh is the lady who is overly nice to you at start but she is a nasty person. She took pictures of my face when I was uncomfortable and I did not sign to consent either and she convinced me that she will only use it for medical research. I did not consent or sign anything but i said can you delete them after and initially she said yes but now she refused to delete my pictures. She obviously feels she needs to keep in case I complain. She was rude and threatening as she felt I will complain and still has my pictures.
She called the police and she lied to them and I was advised to take legal advice. Be careful as she will deny that she did treatments too!

For the purpose of clarity and patient safety, our clinic has a STRICT POLICY that we do NOT treat, correct, or interfere with recent work carried out by another provider, particularly where visible bruising and signs of recent treatment are present.
During this visit, clinical assessment indicated the concern related to work NOT performed by our clinic. Clinical photographs were taken as normal standard procedure solely for medical documentation, safeguarding, as well as insurance requirements, in line with professional standards. These images were not used or shared for any other purpose.
Due to threatening and unacceptable behaviour including a racial verbal attack, the police were contacted and attended the premises, advising the individual to leave.
We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism and safety for both our clients and staff.
Daphne is fantastic at what she does! I've never really taken much care of my skin and didn't know much about it but Daphne was patient and talked me through my skin health and what treatments I need going forward. Can't wait for my next treatment 💖
