Don't know where to start..if there was…

Don't know where to start..if there was minus stars these would easily qualify.
Read previous reviews and thought it can't be that bad but alas it was worse.
My retirement date was my birthday march 3rd....they got that wrong to start November 3rd.
You are passed from one person to another so nobody knows what's going on.
Was promised a call back twice..never happened might as well be waiting for a call back of Elvis Presley,I was hamg upped on once also.
After them sending 2 lots of paperwork which then I was told it's no good throw it in bin I eventually had correct forms.
I then made sure they were filled in correctly by having their adviser do it with us on phone.
We went through it twice and paid £10 guaranteed next day delivery.
Didn't here anything again for a week so another phone call only to be told the adviser on phone whom filled in forms had done it wrong and would have to start again.
I asked for a senior person and eventually she did sort it over phone.
What a joke of a company, absolutely shocking.
My Retirement day March 3rd....eventually got it sorted 13th April, best of luck anyone using these

Poor service, payments not made on time!

Broadstone started communicating with me in July this year over a lump sum due to me on retirement on 31/08/2025....It's now the the 3rd of September and payment hasn't been made. I've just had an e-mail reply saying they are waiting for the funds!
Looking at other reviews I'm not holding out much hope!....Then was told it could be up to the 16th!

I wouldn't want to rely on /trust this lot for my future financial security!

I have had two other pension pots paid to me within a working day of my retirement!

Edit, finally got payment on Friday 12th of September!!....(10 working days after being told it would usually be sorted within a week)...And this despite telling me payments are only made on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
Perhaps if when you communicated the same person answering might help....Every response was a different person!
Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right is doing!
Perhaps a written explanation to the recipient highlighting how you operate payments would help, instead of 'drip feeding' info when you were questioned why something hasn't happened would stem people from disappointment, frustration and ultimately anger!

Needless to say a 'less than glowing' feedback response has been returned, although I doubt anything 'will be taken on board!'

Pension outsourcing

My previous employer, RAFBF, have handed over pension control to Broadstone and we have a dedicated email address. Shame there is no-one actually answering emails sent on 19 and 30 March. Not even an acknowledgment. Appalling customer service.
