Excellent service and sensor renewal
Following an unnecessarily aborted initial service date, Broadview returned and completed the service on the agreed date. The wind sensor had failed (previous owner’s negligence) and today Broadview’s excellent service engineer attended on time to fit the new sensor. I can now heartily recommend Broadview to any prospective customer.

Roof Lantern Blind
We are so pleased with the lantern blind and the whole process from start to finish has been a very pleasurable experience.
Will was on time for the appointment and was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions and concerns. The fitter turned up when he was supposed to, installed the blind quickly and with no mess and showed my wife how to operate it and explained how to charge the battery.
Everyone we have dealt with in between has been very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

C3 See Glass Run System meets our needs perfectly
Broadview recently supplied a C3 See Glass Run System for our garden studio to separate the spa area from a home office / gym. The product is well built, stylish and functional. The team were most accommodating when the space was not quite ready for survey and didn't make a fuss about returning. The installation was quick and the system meets our needs perfectly.

Outstanding Pergola system
Having done a lot of research into pergola systems, off the shelf, custom installs, manual or automated system, I finally decide to go for a custom install, fully automated.
Having visited Broadview shading and seeing the chosen product discussing it with Melissa, I placed the order, knowing they have the knowledge and expertise., plus the fact they are a family run business being in the industry for over 50 years.
The order was ready in about 6 weeks and the installation team came on site for two days.
The installation was very successful having faced a few technical issues. It's due to their knowledge of the product they were able to overcome the obstacles they faced and gave me reassurance that I had chosen the right company but even more so the installation team has the support to back up the product.
The pergola has made a huge difference to my outdoor living space and I look forward to make full use.

I was rather cross because you had wanted to fit them the previous week so you had them in your showroom by them and they obviously weren’t checked to see they were mine! I was having redecoration done then so wanted the room finished because visitors coming today. Very disappointed I’m afraid

We appreciate your comments and apologise for the issue that has arisen and take full ownership of our clerical error. We do our upmost to fulfill every order as efficiently and effectively as we can. On a rare occasion human error can take place, when that does happen we always act swiftly, on this occasion we have re-ordered the products the next day, and have placed emphasis to turn these around as soon as physically possible while keeping you informed of those steps along the way. In addition we have offered to install the blinds we had already manufactured (fully knowing these have been made in the incorrect shade) but at least this would provide you with cover on the windows in the interim period, but this offer was deferred, and you have opted to wait until the correct blinds are ready, which is totally acceptable.

Good price and great service
We'd just about given up looking for fitted blinds for our bay windows and online providers proved no easier.
We called into Broadview by chance and asked for a rough quote. Surprised at how much cheaper they were, we asked for a written quote which was even cheaper and had the blinds fitted 2 weeks later on the day we agreed. The shop could not have been more helpful and their fitter was polite and tidy. Good old fashioned service, great price, I would highly recommend them.
