Terrible, this product is pure garbage. It does not work and customer service is horrible. they wont even refund, want you to pay for return shipping for something that does not work. Make sure you buy something fro a legitimate store, not China
BEWARE!!!! This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I purchased this antenna, and I tried it on 3 different TVs. I got ZERO channels with this antenna. It doesn't work. (DO NOT PURCHASE!!) I contacted customer support and asked for a full refund. Customer support gave me a resolution of "we will give you 20% of your money back and I can keep the garbage antenna". So hopefully some people read this review before they get scammed like I did. Customer support people were Levi and Piol. They are probably fake names as well!!!
It took over 3 weeks to get because it ships from China. Paid 12.95 shipping. Received, and it did not work at all. No power, no channels. Contacted them to find out that I had to pay 12.95 plus 5.00 for shipping and handling which is ridiculous for a cheap plastic defective item.
Ordered Broadwave antenna on their Web site. Then I was going to edit my address and before I even started they already put in my order without my final confirmation. Then to my surprise they added on top of $39.95 a total of $55.02. I feel that their presentation was deceiving. Found out Amazon sells it for $20. Avoid Broadwave web site.
