Need a new runner for the stairs and the gentleman who served us, twice, carried the same care on both visits.
He very kindly broke down the price for all the possible scenarios, provided his expert advice in a way that wasn’t biased. I genuinely felt he cared too much for things to work out best for us than to sell his product.
Highly recommend this shop for your flooring!

Horrible customer service!!! We bought an entire house of LVT flooring that is waterproof and after a while the ends started to just look a little different. I tore Up some of the flooring and they came out Took a couple pieces said they had it tested and blamed it on the cleaner we use then after a couple weeks, we decided to call back and asked for the testing that they said they had done on it and they didn’t have any. They completely lied to us. I now have got a mold test and checked all of the grooves and it came up positive for mold On all of the joints. So now we have an entire house of flooring, most likely with mold in all of the joints and all they would do is offer us five boxes of flooring which that wouldn’t be enough to do a half a bedroom. My advice is to stay far away from this company. We buy The swiffer at Costco like half of the United States does so to blame it on that is just unbelievable. This is just another large company only worrying about themselves. UPDATE Broadway carpets responded and said they reached out to the manufacturer and the manufacturer wouldn’t do anything but I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer. I bought it from Broadway carpets and they are the ones that need to stand up.

Broadway Carpets provide an excellent customer service mostly because the staff who work there are willing and able to take the time to advise and help their customers. They have a great range of floor coverings from bargain to more luxurious carpets. This is the third carpet I have bought from them and would not go anywhere else.

Customer service in shop was excellent no problem accessing any sample we wanted to see, they also suggested some carpets when they knew what I was looking for, had pictures of previously laid carpet this assisted me I’m my choice.
Coming to my home to measure was also excellent, samples of my choice were brought and we were given an estimate of cost for each carpet, including fitting costs.
Carpet fitters arrived per our timescale and quickly fitted each carpet.
Overall an excellent experience prices were reasonable.
