Do NOT waste your money

They do NOT deliver what is ordered, instead it arrives "similar" items that make no sense. Costumer support says some BS that items are not always available, however changing 90% of the order is not acceptable. Also they obviously won't publish a negative review on their page.
And for those wanting to support a Canadian business, I'm sorry to inform that, besides the beer, everything else is imported from CHINA. Even the chocolates are imported and taste disgusting.
Like many other reviews here, my expeience was awful and I reccommend staying away from this page and order somewhere else.

Expensive disappointment

Oh my gosh, so very disappointed. First of all, they did not deliver within 2 to 3 business days as promised so the Christmas gift came the next week. When it did, total disappointment, the keepsake crate was replaced with a generic wicker basket and a lot of commercial items I did not approve of instead of the artisan products that are shown on the website.gah!! should’ve heard these reviews first.

Poor delivery missing items

Super let down by this company. They lost my order for a couple of days and didn't bother helping me locate it (customer service was responsive but full of excuses and super unhelpful to the point of ridiculous). When it finally arrived, it was missing the bottle of sparkling wine I had added (and paid for). I guess I should have read other reviews better before ordering. I won't shop here again.

Delivery 10 days late

The scheduled delivery (for which they took our money) was 12/24/2024. The acceptable delay, according to the company's website, is 1-7 days.
The delivery arrived 10 days late.
Bear in mind this was addressed to Cochrane, Alberta - part of the Calgary metropolitan area. We weren't trying to send it to the far north by dog sled.
The company's excuse, as always, was "third-party courier service."
No refund. No recourse.
The problem with that is that YOU offer the service and YOU take our money. How about you refund our money and take it out of the "third-party courier" payment?
How far does your service have to drop the ball before you take responsibility?

Do NOT recommend Bro Crates for gifts

We wanted to give our son a special gift while we were away so we tried BroCrates. 1st we find they substituted an item. Not great but ok. Then we find out the specially chosen gift included 'Factory Throwout' cigars, which was very embarrassing. Written contact was made with photos of the items. Communication was done with a CSR named Cromwell who included this comment: ".... We will make sure to take note of your feedback to PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN". Ok, but we would have appreciated a correction on 'this' order/gift. Apparently only if the issue is reported within 5 days. That was impossible as the primary reason to use Bro Crates was because we were travelling & wanted to give our son a special gift. We had no idea of the problem until a month later when we got back & when he then showed us the cigars. Still too late. They are not prepared to replace the item, even though they acknowledge it won't happen again, indicating it was a faulty item. We are posting this to Trust pilot as it appears BroCrates should not be trusted to stand behind their products nor correct their errors. Had this been a package for a boss or important client, the results could have been very detrimental. (photos can be shared if anyone wishes them)
